Ferret and Macaw supplies
I gotta tell ya, the Pet Supermarket in Amelia Island, FL is like a hidden treasure for all your pet needs. I stopped by the store to pick up some stuff for my Macaw and four brand new ferrets, and let me tell ya, I was super impressed with how awesome the service was, especially from the store manager, Alex. Alex totally went the extra mile to help me track down everything I needed for my furry friends, and even gave me some great tips on taking care of them. The rest of the staff, like Brooke, were so helpful and nice, it made my shopping trip a breeze.
Recent pet food purchase
I bought some pet food from this store recently and it was a pretty good experience. The website was easy to use, and I found what I needed in no time. The only problem was that one item was out of stock, but I didn't know until after I ordered. I reached out to customer service and they quickly refunded me for that item. My other orders came on time and the customer service folks were nice and helpful. I'd definitely suggest this store to other pet owners.

Frontline purchase
I just bought some Frontline for my cat at this store, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the prices. It was way cheaper than other places like local shops and vet clinics. Not to mention, the delivery was super quick - I got it in just a few days. I'll definitely be returning to this store for future purchases.
Food and wormer
I recently bought some food and wormer from Pet Supermarket, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by their delivery service. I placed my order on December 15th and was expecting to get it by the 23rd. Well, that didn't happen, so I reached out to their customer service team. They told me my order was on hold because I didn't give them the right weight for the wormer I ordered. They said they emailed me about it on the 17th, but I couldn't find any email from them.
So, I took the wormer out of my order to just get the food faster, but then they couldn't even give me an estimate of when it would arrive. This isn't the first time I've had issues with their delivery - in a previous order, both Pet Supermarket and the delivery company, Yodel, were pointing fingers at each other. The lack of efficiency and transparency in their delivery process is disappointing, and it's definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. It's not cool to keep customers in the dark about their orders, especially when it's stuff for their pets. Sadly, I won't be using their services again.Pet supplies
I was so happy when my order showed up early and in great shape. Plus, the price was the best deal I could find, so I saved some cash on it. And getting free delivery was like the icing on the cake. Overall, I'm really pleased with how this store took care of me.

I'm really disappointed with the service I received at this pet store. Trying to get a hold of someone was a nightmare - they were so disorganized and never answered my calls. It felt like they didn't care at all. One time, they even hung up on me! Dealing with a company like that is just too much of a headache. It's definitely not worth all the trouble.
