Sick Parakeet
I just got a female parakeet from the store to be a friend for my male bird, but I'm worried because she seems sick. She's always puffed up and sleeping, even though she's eating. It's really sad to see her like this, and I'm afraid she might not make it. I looked online and it seems like she might need doxycycline, but I didn't expect to have to deal with a sick bird from a pet store. People in the parakeet groups I'm part of are saying I should have put her in quarantine, but I didn't think it was necessary because I trusted the store to give me a healthy pet. I wish they had at least given me some medicine for her.
Fish purchase at Pet Supermarket
I went to the store to get some fish, but when I got there, one of the workers was busy helping someone else. I waited around for 15 minutes, but no one came to help me, so I decided to just leave. The manager and another worker were just hanging around, not really doing anything. I really miss the old manager, Adam, who always made sure customers were taken care of. This store needs to start doing better or they'll end up losing customers like myself!
Performatrin brand cat food
I thought I found a good place to buy my cats' favorite food, but Pet Supermarket really let me down. I signed up for automatic shipments of my girls' food, but every single time, my order arrived late and messed up. The first time, they charged me twice the amount without asking. The second time, my order showed up in a broken box. And the most recent time? They sent me dog food instead of cat food! Talk about incompetent. Their customer service was a nightmare to deal with, they couldn't fix their constant mistakes. And trying to upload photos without getting disconnected? Forget about it. They couldn't even rush my correct order. How hard is it to overnight ship something? Now I have to find new cat food for my picky eaters all because of them. Really not happy with Pet Supermarket.
Frontline purchase
I just bought some Frontline for my cat at this store, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the prices. It was way cheaper than other places like local shops and vet clinics. Not to mention, the delivery was super quick - I got it in just a few days. I'll definitely be returning to this store for future purchases.
Ferret and Macaw supplies
I gotta tell ya, the Pet Supermarket in Amelia Island, FL is like a hidden treasure for all your pet needs. I stopped by the store to pick up some stuff for my Macaw and four brand new ferrets, and let me tell ya, I was super impressed with how awesome the service was, especially from the store manager, Alex. Alex totally went the extra mile to help me track down everything I needed for my furry friends, and even gave me some great tips on taking care of them. The rest of the staff, like Brooke, were so helpful and nice, it made my shopping trip a breeze.

I stopped by Pet Supermarket to pick up some cat food and toys, but their website ended up messing with my credit card. I tried emailing customer service, but no one got back to me! I even called them two times and had to wait on hold forever! Not cool at all. Now I'm not sure if my order actually went through or not, so I'm just here in limbo with no kitty toys. Guess I won't be shopping at Pet Supermarket anymore, what a bummer!
Food and wormer
I recently bought some food and wormer from Pet Supermarket, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by their delivery service. I placed my order on December 15th and was expecting to get it by the 23rd. Well, that didn't happen, so I reached out to their customer service team. They told me my order was on hold because I didn't give them the right weight for the wormer I ordered. They said they emailed me about it on the 17th, but I couldn't find any email from them.
So, I took the wormer out of my order to just get the food faster, but then they couldn't even give me an estimate of when it would arrive. This isn't the first time I've had issues with their delivery - in a previous order, both Pet Supermarket and the delivery company, Yodel, were pointing fingers at each other. The lack of efficiency and transparency in their delivery process is disappointing, and it's definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. It's not cool to keep customers in the dark about their orders, especially when it's stuff for their pets. Sadly, I won't be using their services again.Pet supplies
