    Late delivery, missing custom print

    My experience with this vendor was a total letdown. I ordered a custom jersey, but it showed up more than a month late and to top it off, they forgot to put the name on the back. When I called customer service for help, they were so rude and didn't offer any solutions. They wouldn't give me a refund or let me send the jersey back. I definitely recommend avoiding this company for any purchases.

    French classes program

    The French classes program, specifically the Sprint option, was awesome for diving into learning French quickly. The teachers were amazing, the materials were well put together, and I liked the organized way of teaching. My only suggestion is that the time to use the free classes after the program was a little short for me. Also, it would be helpful to have the option to hear the sentences out loud in the Vocabulary Trainer. But even with these small things, my experience with the program and Lingoda has been really great.

    Hey! I ordered these really nice green lilies, but they ended up sending me deep pink roses instead. It caught me off guard at first, but I looked into it and found out they do substitutions sometimes, so I guess I can roll with it. The person I was sending them to was 90 years old, and she looked really pleased with the flowers and card. But hey, where are the chocolates I added on? They never showed up, and she made a joke that maybe the delivery guy snuck them! I ended up getting charged for the chocolates even though they were missing. Pretty disappointed about that!

    Hidden customs fees for Switzerland

    I was really upset with how things went down when I ordered from this company. I went on their website to place my order, and nowhere did it mention anything about possible customs fees. The checkout and order confirmation both said "Shipping & Handling" and "Tax" were CHF 0.00. So you can imagine my surprise when I found out I had to pay extra for customs fees and post office charges, making my total order cost go up by 25%. And to top it all off, the package I got from them was poorly sealed, which led to it opening up during delivery and getting sent to the post's "Letter Clinic" for damaged mail. This whole ordeal pushed back the delivery by 10 days, just adding to my frustration.

    Our trip to Legoland was pretty fun for me and my family, but honestly, it wasn't as amazing as I thought it would be. The rides were alright, nothing too special.     Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience with my second pair of 714 Steve McQueen sunglasses. Honestly, I'm pretty bummed about the quality this time around. The first pair I got was awesome, but this new one I picked up back in June was a real letdown. The lenses were all smudged up, the color didn't match my old pair, and the arms just kept getting looser and looser. Turned out there was a problem with the hinge – it was way too bulky, which made the arm not close properly. Over time, the shades started opening wider and wider, and the arms were spreading out too. I tried reaching out to Klarna to let them know, but no luck getting a response. Just wanted to give you a heads up that the quality of your products, especially this model that I've always loved, seems to be going downhill. I'm totally not happy about this whole situation and I regret spending my money on these. If you'd like to chat about it or meet up to figure out a solution, I'm totally down – we could exchange some pics or even meet in person at one of your stores.
