I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful they were, giving me the choice to pick a different item instead. They handled all my questions like pros, making sure I was happy with the substitute item.     Replacement pods order

    I recently ordered replacement pods for my vaping device, and the website said they came with coils. But when the package arrived, there were no coils included. So, when I filled the pods with e-juice, they leaked everywhere without the coils. I contacted customer service about it, and they gave me a dismissive response saying the pods are always sold without coils. But after checking the website again, I saw they updated the description to say coils are not included. This dishonesty really bothered me. Now I have leaking pods and no solution in sight. I'm thinking about doing a chargeback to fix this, but I wish it didn't have to go this far.

    I recently got this e-cigarette starter kit from an online shop. The ordering part went smoothly and I got a confirmation email right away. But when it came to service, I wasn't too happy. The customer service folks didn't really speak English well, so it was hard to communicate. It took a whole month for my package to even get shipped out, and then another month for it to show up at my door. Because it took so long, I ended up buying the same thing from a different store. And when I tried to return the late package, I had trouble getting a refund because the shop stopped replying to my emails.

    I bought an e-cigarette from this shop, and the product is pretty good, but I'm not happy with how long it's taking to ship. They usually use an American shipping company, but this time they went with a Chinese one, causing a big delay. It's been 9 days since they shipped it, and it's still in China. They're saying it'll take 2-3 more weeks to get to the USA. I needed it quickly and already paid for it, so this delay is really annoying.

    Oh man, I really wish I had checked out some reviews before I bought my vape kit from this site! It seemed so legit and awesome, but all I ended up with was a confirmation email.     I bought some e-cigarettes online not too long ago. The first time I ordered, everything was cool, and I got my stuff real quick. But, when I tried to order again, I ran into some trouble with their customer service. I waited for 2.5 weeks, and then they just canceled my order without telling me first. They said the only option was a different color, which I was fine with. But, it was clear there was a language barrier with customer service, and it took a whole month to sort things out, get my money back, and get my questions answered. Dealing with their inefficiency and lack of communication was pretty frustrating.

    Hey, I bought a vape pen from this store and it was a real disappointment. The vape pen was definitely a fake and looked like it had been used before I bought it. It's so not cool. To make matters worse, they sold my email address to spammers, so now my inbox is full of spam every day. I suggest staying away from this place at all costs, trust me.

    My experience with this online store was pretty frustrating. I got an email confirming my purchase really quickly, but it took a whole 5 weeks for my package to actually get to me. I was kind of let down by the lack of updates during that time and the customer service wasn't great. But hey, at least the product was legit and what I ordered. If you need something fast, I wouldn't suggest shopping here because the delivery takes forever. Even with all that, I might think about buying from them again in the future, but I'll know to expect it to take 6-8 weeks for my stuff to show up.

    I was honestly a little nervous about ordering because of all the negative reviews, but I gotta say, they were so nice and helpful, answering all my questions.     When I first considered ordering from this place instead of straight from the manufacturer, I was a bit hesitant. But I had to get a new device, so I thought, why not give it a shot? The process of ordering was easy and my package arrived fast. Unfortunately, the new device I got was faulty right from the start.     Drip tips for tank

    I ordered some drip tips for my tank, but when the package came, there was nothing in it! I was really disappointed and reached out to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. They kept saying they sent the item and even suggested it fell out during shipping. They said they'd send a replacement, but then stopped replying to my emails. It's so annoying!
