Replacement item process
I gotta share about my experience with the customer service folks at this store. They reached out to me when they ran out of the item I bought. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful they were, giving me the choice to pick a different item instead. They handled all my questions like pros, making sure I was happy with the substitute item. The new item was delivered as promised, and I'm really happy with how everything was handled at this store.
Replacement pods order
I recently ordered replacement pods for my vaping device, and the website said they came with coils. But when the package arrived, there were no coils included. So, when I filled the pods with e-juice, they leaked everywhere without the coils. I contacted customer service about it, and they gave me a dismissive response saying the pods are always sold without coils. But after checking the website again, I saw they updated the description to say coils are not included. This dishonesty really bothered me. Now I have leaking pods and no solution in sight. I'm thinking about doing a chargeback to fix this, but I wish it didn't have to go this far.
E-cigarette starter kit
I recently got this e-cigarette starter kit from an online shop. The ordering part went smoothly and I got a confirmation email right away. But when it came to service, I wasn't too happy. The customer service folks didn't really speak English well, so it was hard to communicate. I bought an e-cigarette from this shop, and the product is pretty good, but I'm not happy with how long it's taking to ship. They usually use an American shipping company, but this time they went with a Chinese one, causing a big delay. It's been 9 days since they shipped it, and it's still in China. They're saying it'll take 2-3 more weeks to get to the USA. I needed it quickly and already paid for it, so this delay is really annoying.

Oh man, I really wish I had checked out some reviews before I bought my vape kit from this site! It seemed so legit and awesome, but all I ended up with was a confirmation email. I've been waiting forever for my order, and nobody is responding to my emails. I just found out it's a company based in China, I really wish I had known that sooner!

Got a pack of coils for my vape
I got these coils for my vape, but when I tried to use them, none of them worked! I was really looking forward to trying them but they all turned out to be duds. I even contacted customer service, but I never heard back from them. I'm really disappointed about the whole situation.
