I was really happy with how things turned out when I booked a one-way flight for my mom from Rome to Texas. I had heard some mixed reviews at first, so I was a little nervous, but I actually ended up getting a ticket for a much better price than what the airline was offering on their website. The booking itself was pretty easy, even though it did take a little while to get the final confirmation - a few hours, to be exact. The customer service folks were quick to respond and super helpful throughout the whole process, which made everything go smoothly in the end. The cashback deal that came with my AMEX card was totally bogus. They said you couldn't use promo codes, but everything on the site was always "on sale," so you couldn't get the discount. I tried to cancel my order just 2 hours after I placed it, but they said no way and threatened me with a big restocking fee if I didn't accept the delivery. Turns out, this has happened to a lot of other people too. I'd warn others to steer clear of this site for any future purchases.

Broken plastic piece on food processor
My food processor crapped out on me after only a few uses, and I found out that the little plastic part on top of the work bowl had snapped. That piece is super important for the machine to work right. I tried emailing customer service, but kept getting some error message. When I tried to call corporate, I saw that everything they make is in China. I left a voicemail for customer service but haven't heard back yet.

I just bought some motorcycle gear from this website the other day. The prices were pretty good, and the stuff seems to be top-notch quality. Waffle weave robe gift, signature sheet sets purchase
I got this waffle weave robe as a gift from a buddy, but it turned out to be too small. So, I decided to exchange it for a gift card. Then, when I used that gift card to buy some signature sheet sets, I had some trouble. The refund got put on the gift card first, then on my credit card, which meant the gift card didn't actually get used for my order. Customer service told me that's how they do things, so now I'm stuck with a gift card I can only use if I buy something and keep it without returning it. The signature sheet sets are okay, but nothing special. They look nice with their shiny sheen and pretty embroidery on the colorblock sheets, but the fabric isn't as soft as I hoped and it wrinkles easily. I've found better sheets somewhere else that don't wrinkle as much. If it weren't for the sneaky gift card rule, I'd probably rate these sheets higher.

USB-C and S/PDIF (Toslink) Optical Cable
I just wanted to get a USB-C cable and an S/PDIF (Toslink) optical cable, but man, it was so confusing! There are so many different USB standards and Monoprice's website didn't make it any easier to understand the differences between the cables. I had to reach out to customer service for help, and they were quick to respond and assist me. The AtlasFlex USB cable seems really sturdy and reliable, so that's a plus.
As for the optical cable, I didn't realize there were different types of connectors. Monoprice does describe their optical cables accurately, but it would be helpful if they could label or caption each picture with the type of connector it has.Review about: Mollyin
Girls size 1 shoes
I got my daughter a pair of size 1 girls' shoes and I'm really happy with how they fit and the quality. They have some room to grow, which is great because I'm really hoping they'll last through summer. The soles don't smell like rubber or plastic, which is a big deal to me. They're super comfy and let my daughter's feet breathe, so no discomfort or sweating. Even though she's only worn them inside, they're still in good shape with no wear or creases. My daughter loves them and can't wait for better weather to wear them outside.

Refund claim process
I recently had a really frustrating experience trying to get a refund from this place. They had a recall, so I tried to get my money back for two products I had. I gave them everything they asked for - batch numbers, photos, receipts, UPC numbers - but I haven't heard anything back or gotten my refund. It's been super annoying not hearing anything or getting my money back. I've tried following up multiple times, sending in the paperwork again, but they keep changing what they want and not making any progress. Their customer service is terrible - no one answers the phone, emails get ignored, and I feel like they're leaving me hanging. It's been four months since I first asked for a refund, and I still haven't gotten it. I can't even use the products and I'm really disappointed with the whole thing. It's been a total mess, and I feel like they don't care about me as a customer.

The search function isn't very user-friendly, so it can be tough to pinpoint exactly what you need. It would be nice to be able to see all the stuff related to a certain topic or check out everything by one model, especially for stock videos. It'd be great if they had a feature like on Adobe Stock where you can see an entire photo shoot or all the work by a specific model. Another annoyance is when one artist uploads a bunch of versions of the same thing with only small differences, clogging up the search results.
