Defective product experience
I'm pretty bummed about my latest order from RevZilla. The item I got was messed up, and I was shocked to see that it was still up on the site even though there were bad reviews. This isn't the first time I've been let down by RevZilla, but I thought I'd try one more time. I really like their Daily Rider and High Side Low Side videos, so I was optimistic things would go better this time. But, no such luck.

Super rare part
I was thrilled to come across the super rare part I've been searching for on RevZilla! It was just what I needed and the price was pretty fair too. The only bummer was dealing with some shipping problems, but that was all on UPS, not RevZilla. Despite UPS messing up, RevZilla definitely still deserves 5 stars in my book!
Motorcycle helmet purchase
I just got a new motorcycle helmet from RevZilla and I really like how it looks. But, I had a bit of a problem with the sizing. It would have been helpful if they had reminded me to measure my head before buying and maybe had a size chart for reference. Because of this, I took a guess and got an XL, but it's a little snug. I'm hoping it'll loosen up as I wear it more.

I thought ordering was easy and fast, which was nice. The Zilla points are a cool idea and make me want to buy more stuff in the future. But I got bummed out when my wife couldn't get the new customer discount on her account. Seems kinda unfair that we both couldn't save some money just because we live together. Even with that problem, I still think RevZilla is the best place to get motorcycle gear online.
Tires purchase
I was so impressed by how quickly I got my new tires in the mail. Installing them was a piece of cake, and they performed even better than I thought they would. Cycle Gear really came through by mounting them perfectly and they were ready earlier than I thought. These tires have amazing grip and handling, which makes riding so smooth and easy.

I just bought a helmet from RevZilla and got hit with some extra costs because the prices were in USD instead of my local currency. I was totally caught off guard by how much more I had to pay, and on top of that, I found out their return policy is a pain after I made the purchase. Unlike some other sites where you can just cancel your order easily, RevZilla makes you email them and wait around for a real person to help you out with the return process, which can take forever, like up to 6 hours. It's super frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I realized the helmet wasn't even worth the high price I shelled out for it.
Front tire and gloves purchase
I needed to get a new front tire and some gloves, so I figured I'd try RevZilla. The guy working there matched the price for the tire I wanted and also hooked me up with a sweet deal on some popular gloves that were on sale. Everything went super smooth and easy, and I'm thrilled with what I got.
Riding gear purchase
RevZilla is awesome! They always send me exactly what I order and their customer service is great. One time I ordered the wrong size riding gear, but they made the return super easy. I don't live near a store that sells the gear I need, so I always go online to RevZilla to get it.
Handlebars Purchase
I gotta be honest, I was really let down by my first order from RevZilla. I got some handlebars and they were just okay, nothing really stood out. But the worst part was how long it took to actually get them. The whole experience left me feeling pretty unimpressed.
Awesome stuff for my bike
RevZilla is awesome, man! I always find what I need for my bike on their website. The prices are really good, and I'm stoked that I can shop for GPS and Bluetooth accessories for my helmet. I'm looking forward to enhancing my riding experience with some tech upgrades!
Motorcycle gear purchase
Man, I've been thinking a lot about this website, you know? Some of the people helping me were really great, but then there were some who weren't cool at all. I was looking at the return policy, expecting it to be easy, but then they want to charge me $10 for a return? Come on, Amazon and even Cycle Gear don't charge me. If I never even opened the box, why should I have to pay? That $9.99 isn't gonna cover the discount they have to give for it being "open box". They should just accept free returns for unopened items and charge a fee if you've unwrapped it, obviously. That way they can still sell it as brand new instead of "open box". And don't even get me started on these helmet sizes, they're so confusing. My wife bought two helmets and the sizing was way off, plus the representative was really rude. And why do I have to pay sales tax when other places don't do that? It just seems like an average deal to me, with mediocre returns and hit or miss customer service.
New helmet and gloves
I bought a new helmet and gloves from this place and man, they were awesome! I've shopped at other places and sometimes they say they have what you want but then they don't. Like, what's that about? But RevZilla had exactly what I was looking for. It was great!
