Oh my goodness, this candle smells absolutely amazing! It's seriously my new favorite thing ever. Plus, the packaging is adorable. I just love how it makes my room smell all cozy and fresh. I definitely want to buy like a million more of these!

Stolen package, no refund
Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience with you all. So, I made a pretty big order of about $300 worth of items, only to have the package stolen. I got in touch with customer service right away and even provided video evidence of the theft. They sent me an automated message saying they'd look into it within 6 days, but then I never heard back. After waiting for 3 weeks, I had to reach out again using the website chat, only to be told they couldn't help me and wouldn't issue a refund. It was really disappointing to see this lack of accountability and care for customers.

Easy meals, great taste
I really liked the proportioned meals because they were super easy to heat up in the air fryer. It was kind of like fast food in terms of convenience, but the food was way better and made me feel good and healthy. I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner from my last order and I noticed a big difference in how my body felt. I definitely felt like I was getting all the nutrients I needed and staying in good shape. My favorite was the salmon and brussel sprouts - so yummy!

Oversized international order
The sizing was way off, and I ended up dishing out a ton for international shipping, just to get my items and realize they were way too tiny. The customer service was a joke - they straight up ignored my emails, so I had to keep harassing them for a refund. It's disappointing that they don't give a darn about making customers happy.

What purchase?
I ordered a straw hat package which included 4 face shields. Ordering was great and super easy. They
Took my money right away with an e-mail saying they are processing my order. I ordered 4-18-20. Have not received a shipping confirmation not have I been able to get ahold of anybody. I tried to e-mail and the guy on the answering machine mumbles the e-mail address not once but twice. I try to leave a message for customer service and it states the mailbox is full and then hangs up on me. WORST COMPANY OUT THERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,NOT 1 CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!! THEY GOT MY MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! LESSON LEARNED I GUESS.
