Leggings and sports bras
Big shoutout to the staff at Richmond, Westfield White City, and Online - your customer service is amazing! Every time I visit your stores, I leave feeling happy and satisfied. The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they never try to push me into buying anything. They always recommend the perfect options for me. And the products themselves are fantastic. Whether it's gym leggings or a comfy sweatshirt, everything I've tried has been great. Keep up the awesome work!
Yoga pants
As someone who loves doing yoga, I've been searching for some good workout clothes that not only look great but also last a long time. But let me tell you, my recent purchase didn't meet my expectations at all. The material feels cheap and starts to pill after just a few uses, making it pretty annoying for my workouts. And on top of that, the fabric seems to attract every piece of dust and hair in sight, which is super frustrating. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. I'd suggest checking out some higher quality options at stores like Target or Gap instead.
Shorts, threads, customer service
I got these shorts and they were amazing at first, but then the threads started coming loose so quickly. I tried contacting customer service but got absolutely no response. It felt like I was being ignored, which is really disappointing. The shorts were great while they lasted, at least.
Stolen package, no refund
Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience with you all. So, I made a pretty big order of about $300 worth of items, only to have the package stolen. I got in touch with customer service right away and even provided video evidence of the theft. They sent me an automated message saying they'd look into it within 6 days, but then I never heard back. After waiting for 3 weeks, I had to reach out again using the website chat, only to be told they couldn't help me and wouldn't issue a refund. It was really disappointing to see this lack of accountability and care for customers.
Black Friday purchase
I just bought something on Black Friday, but the order has been hanging for a while now. And to top it off, the thing I wanted is out of stock. So frustrating and disappointing. They suggested I buy a different item at a way higher price, which seems kind of sketchy and deceptive.
Leggings and sports bra set
I was so pumped to buy this leggings and sports bra set from here, but man, what a letdown. The prices they showed on their site were not accurate at all. Once I tossed those items in my cart, suddenly, the prices shot up like magic. When I tried to ask customer service what the deal was, they straight up denied any funny business and then just cut off the chat when I wanted to make a complaint. And on top of all that, the 10% off code I got for signing up for emails didn't even work. I left feeling super annoyed and disappointed overall.
Cyber Monday order
I was really pumped to score some awesome deals on Cyber Monday and ended up ordering a bunch of stuff online. But then I had to sit around twiddling my thumbs for what felt like an eternity waiting for my order to show up, which totally sucked. Turns out there was some stupid "system glitch" and they couldn't deliver it. They offered to give me a refund, but that wasn't what I was looking for! And to make matters worse, they wouldn't honor the sale prices again. Not cool at all, man.

Oh my goodness, I found these amazing leggings and sports bra at this store! The service was incredible, the staff were so nice and really helped me find the perfect items. They even helped me pick out the best color for me, which was so awesome. I can't wait to go back for more adorable workout clothes!
Leggings, poor quality
I'm really bummed about the leggings I bought. They felt good and looked great, but they fell apart super fast. It's annoying to drop a bunch of cash on something that doesn't last. And when I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all. Seems like they care more about money than keeping customers happy.

I am so frustrated with the delivery service from this place. They said I would get my order in 3-5 days, which is already a long time in this day and age. But nope, it took even longer than that, and that's not cool. I'm paying good money for their stuff, so I expect better service. Their prices are already high, so the least they could do is deliver on time. But no, they messed up big time. I am totally let down by their delivery service.
Purchased an activewear jacket
I bought this activewear jacket from the store recently and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. The price was on the higher side but the product quality was not up to par. I found a defect and reached out to customer service for help. They promised to send a return label in a few days, but it's been months now and I still haven't gotten the label or a refund. Their lack of follow-up and poor communication has really put me off as a customer. I think if they're going to charge high prices, they need to deliver better quality products and more reliable customer service.
cute clothes, little expensive
I recently got some really nice clothes as a gift. They're a bit pricey, but man, they're so comfortable and well-made. And the brand name? It's pretty stylish too.

I'm so irritated with the lack of quality in the stuff here! Every sweater and T-shirt I've bought has shrunk, got all those fuzz balls, and lost its color after only a few washes. They look super cheap now, like I've been wearing them forever when I've barely had them at all. How can this place charge over $100 for this junk? It's so disappointing.

I recently decided to give a new brand a shot and I ordered some leggings and a sports bra. I usually go for Sweaty Betty, but thought I'd switch it up this time. However, the customer service was seriously lacking. I chatted with someone and they were no help at all. Plus, the delivery to the UK took forever. I don't think I'll be giving this brand another chance.
Thumbtack found inside leggings
When I got my leggings from that online order, I was shocked to find a thumbtack stuck inside them. I called the store's customer service, but they couldn't explain it and said it wasn't from their warehouse. A friend thought it looked like an acupuncture needle, which made me worry about the safety of the leggings. It's scary to think something dangerous like that could be in supposedly new leggings. Now I'm wondering about the quality control at that store.

Childless policy
I can't believe this store has the nerve to have a policy banning kids. I'm a parent, I should be able to be there when they try on clothes. The fact that they want to handle it for you is just ridiculous and makes me wonder why they're doing this. It also implies they might do something inappropriate with kids, which is really disturbing. I've spent a lot of money at this store, but after this, I won't come back. Their products have also gotten worse and their employees are unhelpful and rude. It's sad to see a company that used to be good go downhill like this.

In comparison of my all previous purchases of soft bras ,sort sleeves and high raise pants short pants are costlier Even costlier then tees
Clothing materials is very normal like cyclone and Lycra Honestly telling you I have shopped similar apparels combinations in less prices from different shop Probably I would not like to buy these shorts again
Rest other products as mentioned are good and cost effective Colors not so sharp so this is best for me I don't like hard colors ,sweet and simple is best combination No issue so far related to shipping or your back up team
