I was super impressed with the whole customer questionnaire thing when I first started using this service. Shoes with extension straps
I got some shoes online and it was so easy, like seriously. They even had this thing to help me avoid extra taxes and gave really clear directions for buying with extension straps. The shipping was quick but the first pair was too small so I had to return it. But no big deal, returns are free and I got my refund right away. The second pair I got was awesome and fit perfectly.

My experience with this company totally sucked. I tried to leave a bad review about my crappy customer service, but the website wouldn't let me. And to top it off, when I got a confirmation email, it took me to a 404 error page, so my review never got posted. This sketchy move really shows how shady and dishonest this company is.

This company has been such a pain to work with. Trying to find a contractor through them was such a hassle and so annoying. Their website was super hard to use, and the contractors they suggested were not all that great. Honestly, it felt like a total waste of my time and money. I definitely wouldn't suggest using them if you want quality work and reliable people.

The company I got stock images from is out here thinking it's totally cool to swipe content from creators like Phillip Bloom. And get this, they're straight up ignoring any copyright problems that get pointed out to them. Like, that's not cool at all, right? It's like they don't care about intellectual property or the hard work that goes into making stuff. Total hypocrisy too - they're trying to sell the same kind of content they're stealing! It's not just wrong, it's seriously maddening. So, if you're a creator trying to keep your work safe, steer clear of this sketchy company.

Sweaters and T-shirts
I'm so irritated with the lack of quality in the stuff here! Every sweater and T-shirt I've bought has shrunk, got all those fuzz balls, and lost its color after only a few washes. They look super cheap now, like I've been wearing them forever when I've barely had them at all. How can this place charge over $100 for this junk? It's so disappointing.
