Children's non-insulated 4 pack
I recently got the kids' non-insulated 4 pack from this company, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed. These cups are awesome, way better than any other kids' cups I've tried. The price is pretty reasonable, especially if you catch them on sale and buy in a bundle. These cups really do keep water cold and hot drinks hot, just like they promise. They don't sweat and there are zero leaks. I especially like the handle on these cups, makes it easy for my kid to hold onto. And the customer service was amazing, even with all the shipping delays from Covid-19, my order got here quickly and in perfect shape. I highly recommend these cups and this company to anyone looking for quality kids' cups.

I just got the 40oz bottle with a bumper from this company, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed. The quality of the product is amazing, and I haven't had any of the problems that some people are talking about. I've been using it for almost a year and it's still in great shape and works perfectly. I make sure to clean it regularly, and I think that's definitely helped it last.
Actives Insulated Water Bottle with Straw Lid
I got the Actives Insulated Water Bottle with Straw Lid back in May, and I gotta say, I've been really happy with it. It looks nice, and it keeps my drinks hot or cold for a long time. The handle is super handy for carrying it around, and I even got an extra spout lid for easier sipping. I use this bottle every day, and it's totally worth the money.
Faulty cap seal
The cap seal on my water bottle keeps falling out and I've only had it for a month! I tried to contact customer service for help, but they were no help at all. I'm done buying from them.
Customer service experience
My experience with this company totally sucked. I tried to leave a bad review about my crappy customer service, but the website wouldn't let me. And to top it off, when I got a confirmation email, it took me to a 404 error page, so my review never got posted. This sketchy move really shows how shady and dishonest this company is.
Leak-prone water bottle
I bought this water bottle from the store and man, I am not happy with it at all. It started leaking just a month after I got it, the gaskets wore out fast, the bumpers fell off, and the straws only lasted a few weeks. It's annoying that all the replacement parts are expensive on their website, almost like they planned for it to break. I wouldn't suggest getting this water bottle if you want something that's going to last.
Water bottle replacement
I had a problem with my water bottle handle breaking, so I went online to complain about it. I was pretty upset when I didn't hear back for 10 whole days. So, I tried calling customer service, but they just told me to go online and file another complaint. I found out from some other people that they've had issues with customer service too. As a last-ditch effort, I ended up buying a replacement cap for $15, but it didn't even match.
