International order
I recently ordered some stuff from ProBikeKit internationally and I gotta say, it was an awesome experience. The whole process was super easy and simple, which made it easy for me to find what I needed on their website. I was amazed at how quickly my order was shipped from the UK and delivered to Israel. In just 3 working days, my order passed through Israeli Customs, showing how efficient the ProBikeKit team is. And the fact that international shipping is basically free is a big bonus for people like me who don't live in the UK. The customer service team responded lightning-fast and kept me updated on my order's progress. Even though I haven't tried the item yet, I know that I may have to pay local taxes like VAT, but that's not ProBikeKit's fault. Overall, my shopping experience with ProBikeKit was fantastic and I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future. Keep up the great work!
My order got damaged, but Pro Bike Kit sent a replacement!
My package from Pro Bike Kit just came in, and I was super stoked to open it up. But when I finally did, I was bummed to see that my item was all messed up and damaged! However, I decided to reach out to them to see if they could help. I ended up chatting with this awesome person named Kumi, and they were so nice and helpful. They reassured me not to worry and that they would send me a new item right away. I felt relieved and happy that they were on top of fixing the problem. Kumi kept me in the loop on everything, and now I have my replacement coming. Even though my first item was a dud, I'm grateful that Pro Bike Kit handled it so smoothly, and I would definitely shop with them again. Thanks a bunch, Kumi!
Cycling gear
My time shopping on ProBikeKit was totally smooth and simple. The website was super easy to get around, and I found the cycling gear I needed in no time. The real challenge was with the delivery, since I'm in the USA. Thankfully, my order arrived quickly and in great shape, which really surprised me considering how far it had to travel. I did have a slight problem with a previous order, but the customer service team took care of it right away and professionally, fixing everything to my liking. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience shopping at ProBikeKit and would definitely shop with them again in the future.
Best place to get reliale bike gears
I have been bike racing for a while now. and Probikekit was always by my side where I can just get any gears or acessories or stuff for my bike. They have such variety to chose from. It just make things more exciting and cool.
They deliver the bike acessories on time. I usually get the package under a week which is awesome.
They also offer nutrition, hydration and other supplements. I kind of get exposed to whole another world of bikes and lot of stuff comes with it. The price here is nominal, not much expensive not much cheap either. So far the products worked really well.New bike stuff
I was really excited about all the awesome bike stuff I got! The website was so user-friendly and made it easy to find everything I needed. The only thing that kind of bothered me was that they advertised free shipping, but I couldn't locate that option on the site.
Two tires ordered, only received one (out of stock)
I've been a loyal customer for a while now and I've always been happy with my purchases. But this last time, I got kind of bummed out because I only got sent one tire without any heads up. It would've been cool to have been given the choice to either go through with the purchase, cancel it, or add another tire.
Cycling gear
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this online store and I've been super happy with everything. They always ship it out quick and the things are just what I wanted in terms of quality and how they fit. The prices are really good too - even with the shipping costs included, it's cheaper than the bike shop down the street. One thing to keep in mind though is to check the size chart and measure yourself well before you buy. I've noticed the sizes are a bit different than what I'm used to in Canada. Just a heads up!
Cycling gear
I'm always hunting for good deals on quality cycling gear, so when I found out about ProBikeKit, I was pretty excited. They've got a huge selection of products, which made it super easy for me to find just what I was looking for. The only downside was that the filtering and sorting options could use some improvement. I ended up spending a lot of time scrolling through pages instead of using those functions.
Shorts
I just picked up these shorts from the coolest store, and man, shopping on their website was a breeze! The checkout process was crazy fast - bam, bam, done! The only thing that bothered me was there weren't enough pics of the shorts. I was hoping to check out the lining, but no dice. Oh well, at least I got a confirmation email right away, so that's a win!
Overseas bike parts purchase
The prices and super quick delivery times are what really make this store stand out. I was really impressed with how fast my order got to me, especially since it was coming from another country. The only thing that bugged me was that a lot of the stuff I wanted was often out of stock, and I never knew when they'd have it back.
Bike accessories
I was pretty disappointed by the poor communication and customer service. I just wanted to know if a certain item was part of what I bought, but it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I tried reaching out on social media for help, but got no response. All this radio silence really got me feeling annoyed and unsure about my order.
Campagnolo products
I really love cycling and I'm a big fan of Campagnolo stuff. So I was bummed out when I saw that ProBikeKit doesn't have any Campagnolo items in stock. I've always bought my Campagnolo gear from them before, so it was kind of a letdown not to see any this time around. Plus, that $14.95 shipping fee seemed pretty steep, which made me think twice about placing an order with them.
Continental tires at a steal
Who doesn't love a good deal, right? I was so excited to come across my favorite Continental tires at an awesome price on ProBikeKit. I do a lot of riding in all kinds of weather out here in Colorado, and these tires have always come through for me. ProBikeKit is definitely my go-to for all things cycling now.
Kick-butt bike stuff
I recently got some really cool bike gear from this store and it was amazing! The products were top-notch quality and the prices were great. I found exactly what I was looking for and it was even cheaper than I expected. I'm excited to go back and get more awesome stuff for my bike!
First time using Campagnola product
I've never had a bad experience with this company. Their prices are always competitive. It can be tough to hit that 3-hour window, but it's worth it. I wish they had more Shimano or Sram options at their prices.
Garmin Edge 1040
I have been working with Probikekit for over 2 months trying to get my refund. I shipped the return back to them and have the proof of delivery for weeks and they keep pawning it off to a new department that never responds. Worst experience I have ever had and still trying to get my $600 back. Buy from somewhere that actually accepts returns!
Look Pedals - lied about free shipping
False advertising and bad customer service
Ordered a $150 pair of pedals because their deal clearly stated "free shipping on orders over 125" - no small print, limited to that day and the order was definitely on the same day. When order is placed, shipping shows up. Try to contact customer service and they say '48 hour response', so I ordered assuming they can honor the free shipping via credit back to my credit card. Nope - just excuses that they can't give money back. I guess they don't take returns either? What a scam. Avoid at all costs... and maybe they will stop lying on their advertising.
