    I've been a customer of this company for a while, but I won't be coming back. The customer service is basically non-existent, and trying to use the website is so frustrating. It seems like there's new ownership that's dropped the ball on taking care of customers. Although my order did show up on time and was right, the whole experience was just meh.     Recent purchase experience

    I recently bought some stuff from Wiggle, and I gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. I've been shopping there for years and have even bought a few bikes in the past. But this last order was a mess. They sent me the wrong items, and when I tried to get it sorted out, they gave me a hard time and said no. I even showed them photos as proof, but they still said no. This kind of treatment is not cool and I'm really let down by it.

    Quick replacement Garmin watch

    During my vacation in the UK, my old Garmin watch decided to kick the bucket on me out of nowhere. So, I had to find a replacement pronto. I did some searching online and stumbled upon this website that had just what I needed.     I've had some mixed experiences with my recent order from this company. I've ordered from them in the past and everything was good, but this time was a bit of a letdown. I ordered a helmet and when it arrived, both the outer packaging and the product box were crushed. It looked like it got messed up during delivery. I was pretty bummed that the product was damaged before it even got to me. When I reached out to customer service, they made me pay a return fee to send it back. I didn't think that was fair at all - if something is messed up, the customer shouldn't have to pay to return it. Despite that, I did end up getting a replacement helmet and it came fast and in perfect condition.

    I got this awesome waterproof jacket at your store and gotta tell you, I'm super impressed with how good it is. The color is exactly what I wanted and it fits me like a glove. The sizing is spot on, which is a nice change from other cycling brands where I usually have to go a size up. Haven't had a chance to ride with the jacket on yet, but I'm pretty sure it's gonna hold up well based on how it's made. One bummer was that the delivery person didn't leave the package where I asked them to, but thankfully nothing got stolen.

    Thermal bib tights, wrong size, perfect fit

    I ordered these thermal bib tights and went one size bigger thinking they'd be more comfy, but they were too small. Not good! So, I returned them and got two sizes up from my usual, and oh my gosh, they were almost perfect! I was so happy that I could finally wear them without feeling squished or uncomfortable. Shoutout to Wiggle for being cool about the return process and making sure everything worked out okay.
