I recently bought three models from this store and unfortunately, one of them showed up missing some parts. I was bummed out, but decided to contact their customer service for help. Ms. Sophia handled my issue and she was super responsive and helpful. She not only took care of the missing parts for the first model, but also suggested I check the other two for any missing pieces. With her help, I found another missing part in one of the other models. Ms. Sophia's customer service skills were top-notch as she fixed both problems quickly, including the one I didn't even know about. Thanks to her, I can now finish all my models on time. I'm really happy with the service and would definitely recommend this store to others.

Feline food approval
I'm a cat owner here in sunny Arizona, and let me tell you, finding a cat food that my picky Maine Coon cats, Leroy and Wolfina, both like has been quite the challenge. Leroy is super picky about what he eats, so I've tried tons of brands and flavors to try and find something that he actually enjoys. But let me tell you, the Cat Person shreds, especially the fish flavors with that tasty broth, have been a total game-changer for us. Leroy not only wolfs down his food, but he also licks his bowl clean of every last bit of broth. And the fact that Cat Person offers a cat food that works for both kittens and adult cats is a major plus for me - it makes feeding my Maine Coon kitten and my adult cat a whole lot easier. I really appreciate that they think about the different dietary needs of cats at different stages of life. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality and taste of the Cat Person shreds and broth, and my Maine Coon cats definitely seem to agree with me - they're always excited for mealtime now.

Online teaching experience
I just got to try out teaching online using this platform, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with how it all went down. The support team was amazing - super helpful, patient, and they knew how to fix any problems that popped up while I was teaching. And on top of that, the company actually showed us teachers some real love and appreciation, making us feel like we were part of a tight-knit group. Cycling shorts purchase
The ordering process was super easy and straightforward. I found a ton of cycling shorts on the website, so it was simple to pick out exactly what I needed. The service was really fast, and they processed my order quickly. I was kind of bummed that they forgot to include my favorite sweet pack in the delivery. Moisture surge 125ml
I got the 125ml Moisture Surge from the website, but it never arrived. UPS said they delivered it, but it never showed up. I spent a long time on the phone with Clinique and UPS trying to fix the problem, but they said there was nothing they could do because UPS closed the case. After a bunch of calls, UPS finally gave me a claim number to give to Clinique for a refund. But even then, Clinique didn't send me the refund until I called them again to check. It was so frustrating and disappointing, I won't be ordering from them again.

Cyber Monday software purchase
I just bought some software on Cyber Monday from the folks over at WinZip, and gotta say, kinda got me feeling some type of way. After I installed it, the software decided to hit me with an upgrade out of nowhere and then asked me to pay for it. It felt pretty sneaky and not cool, almost like a bait-and-switch move by the company. I wasn't expecting to get hit up for more money after already making the purchase, so it was pretty disappointing.
