Recent puzzle purchase
I recently bought some puzzles from this store and I have to say, it was a really good experience. It was my first time ordering from this store and I was really impressed with the service. The website was easy to use and checking out was a breeze. I got a confirmation email right after I placed my order, which had all the details I needed. I kept getting updates on my order until it was sent out. The puzzles arrived in great shape and I'm really happy with how good they are. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely think about shopping here again.

Recent high-quality purchase
I just wanted to share how great my experience has been with this store since I found it earlier this year. The product I bought was amazing quality and totally surpassed what I was expecting. 2 model kits
I got two awesome model kits! Each one had more than 700 pieces, so they were pretty challenging, but that was part of the fun. And they even came in this cool yellow toolbox that I can use later for other things. The customer service was great too, they helped me whenever I got stuck. Definitely worth the money!

Chinese dragon puzzle
I ordered this really awesome Chinese dragon puzzle back in November, and I was so excited to receive it. But, unfortunately, it never arrived! I tried contacting them to figure out what was going on, but I never heard back from them. What a total scam!
Puzzle order
I bought some puzzles from this store not too long ago and I had a really good experience. The customer service was top-notch - they contacted me right away when one of the puzzles I wanted was out of stock and let me switch it out for something else. When I got my order, I noticed that the instructions for two of the puzzles were missing. I sent an email to Customer Support and in just 15 minutes, I had the instructions in my inbox. Mantis model kit purchase
I recently bought the Mantis model kit and man, let me tell you - the precision machining on that thing was incredible. It's seriously one of the best quality kits I've ever gotten my hands on. I've been a loyal customer for around 3 years now, and let me tell you, I've always been super impressed with the selection and quality of the model kits they offer.
Whenever I've had questions or needed help with instructions, I've reached out to customer service and they've always been quick to respond. So I was checking out some awesome butterflies to surprise my wife and came across these really beautiful ones on this website. I went ahead and got 3 of them, and they look even better once you assemble them. However, one of the butterflies was missing a few parts. I reached out to customer service and Ms. Sophie was incredibly helpful, she sent me the replacement parts right away.

They're super quick to respond and always fix any issues with your order right away. I've been really pleased with all the stuff I've gotten from them. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
Minotaur Bull head purchase
I bought the Minotaur Bull head back on October 12th and even paid extra for faster delivery, but it still hasn't arrived. I reached out to the company and they told me it won't be shipped until mid-November because it's still in production. I'm really hoping I can get it in time for Christmas since I've been anticipating it for so long. My order number is MY 12848.
3 kits purchased
I recently bought three kits from this store. The first one I put together was a butterfly, and it was pretty easy to assemble. I was happy with how it turned out. Next, I tried my hand at a sea horse lamp. It didn't really look like the picture and the instructions got a bit confusing at one point. I had to do some extra research to figure it out. In the future, it would be great if they had clearer instructions available online in 3D. Lastly, I haven't started on the bunny kit yet, but I'm looking forward to the challenge and I'm impressed with the quality.
Models, missing parts, great prices, amazing service
I just bought some models from this store and I was pretty happy with my purchase. But, one of the items I got was missing a few little pieces. I emailed customer service about it and they fixed it really fast and without any extra charge, which was awesome. The models are really well-made and they look fantastic on my desk at work.
Challenging model, fun purchase, well-made
Buying the challenging model was such a great experience! It's been a minute since I took on a challenge like this, but man, I really enjoyed it. The instructions were super clear and easy to follow, so putting it all together was a breeze. The quality of the hardware was top-notch, which just made finishing it even more satisfying. I went with the octopus holding the galaxy, and let me tell you, it looks amazing all put together. Now I can't wait to dive into building the angler fish next. I just got this awesome puzzle set from the store and let me tell you, I was totally blown away by how great everything was.
