I recently bought the Mantis model kit and man, let me tell you - the precision machining on that thing was incredible. It's seriously one of the best quality kits I've ever gotten my hands on. I've been a loyal customer for around 3 years now, and let me tell you, I've always been super impressed with the selection and quality of the model kits they offer.
Whenever I've had questions or needed help with instructions, I've reached out to customer service and they've always been quick to respond. Their customer service is top-notch, and honestly, it's one of the reasons I keep coming back for more. I actually just bought another Mantis kit because I loved the first one so much. I recently bought three models from this store and unfortunately, one of them showed up missing some parts. I was bummed out, but decided to contact their customer service for help. Ms. Sophia handled my issue and she was super responsive and helpful. She not only took care of the missing parts for the first model, but also suggested I check the other two for any missing pieces. With her help, I found another missing part in one of the other models. Ms. Sophia's customer service skills were top-notch as she fixed both problems quickly, including the one I didn't even know about. Thanks to her, I can now finish all my models on time. I'm really happy with the service and would definitely recommend this store to others.
Challenging model, fun purchase, well-made
Buying the challenging model was such a great experience! It's been a minute since I took on a challenge like this, but man, I really enjoyed it. The instructions were super clear and easy to follow, so putting it all together was a breeze. The quality of the hardware was top-notch, which just made finishing it even more satisfying. I went with the octopus holding the galaxy, and let me tell you, it looks amazing all put together. Now I can't wait to dive into building the angler fish next. If you're thinking about getting this model and you're into building things, I say go for it. Totally worth the money, and the end result is sure to impress you.

I recently bought three kits from this store. The first one I put together was a butterfly, and it was pretty easy to assemble. I was happy with how it turned out. Next, I tried my hand at a sea horse lamp. It didn't really look like the picture and the instructions got a bit confusing at one point. I had to do some extra research to figure it out. In the future, it would be great if they had clearer instructions available online in 3D. Lastly, I haven't started on the bunny kit yet, but I'm looking forward to the challenge and I'm impressed with the quality.
Puzzle order
I bought some puzzles from this store not too long ago and I had a really good experience. I just got this awesome puzzle set from the store and let me tell you, I was totally blown away by how great everything was. The instructions were super clear and easy to follow, so putting it all together was a piece of cake. Plus, they really went above and beyond with the packaging - each set of pieces was neatly separated into bags inside a toolbox, so organized! 2 model kits
I got two awesome model kits! Each one had more than 700 pieces, so they were pretty challenging, but that was part of the fun. And they even came in this cool yellow toolbox that I can use later for other things. The customer service was great too, they helped me whenever I got stuck. Definitely worth the money!

Chinese dragon puzzle
I ordered this really awesome Chinese dragon puzzle back in November, and I was so excited to receive it. But, unfortunately, it never arrived! I tried contacting them to figure out what was going on, but I never heard back from them. What a total scam!
3 butterflies
So I was checking out some awesome butterflies to surprise my wife and came across these really beautiful ones on this website. I went ahead and got 3 of them, and they look even better once you assemble them. However, one of the butterflies was missing a few parts. I reached out to customer service and Ms. Sophie was incredibly helpful, she sent me the replacement parts right away.
Cool cubes
They're super quick to respond and always fix any issues with your order right away. I've been really pleased with all the stuff I've gotten from them. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
Minotaur Bull head purchase
I bought the Minotaur Bull head back on October 12th and even paid extra for faster delivery, but it still hasn't arrived. I reached out to the company and they told me it won't be shipped until mid-November because it's still in production. I'm really hoping I can get it in time for Christmas since I've been anticipating it for so long. My order number is MY 12848.
