Custom outdoor curtains for hot tub
I got these custom outdoor curtains for my hot tub from here. Ordering them was a breeze, just input my measurements and they showed up a couple weeks later. They fit just right and have been hanging up for a few months now. They're still holding up great and have been keeping the wind and rain at bay while we're soaking in the hot tub. I definitely suggest them!

I just bought a pair of running shoes from your store, but I gotta say, the customer service was a huge letdown. I waited nearly two weeks for my order, only to have it randomly canceled with no reason given. Now I'm stuck without the sneakers I was so looking forward to, and still waiting for my money back. Dry eyes relief
After I had my cataract surgery, my eyes got super dry - like, uncomfortably dry. It hurt, they were all inflamed, and they were red all the time. I tried a bunch of stuff to make it better, but nothing worked. Then I saw a commercial for this eye supplement and thought, why not try it? Since I have thin blood, I only took two pills a day instead of the recommended six. It was crazy, but once I got into my second bottle of those pills, my eyes started feeling a lot better. When I went back to see my eye doctor, he was shocked at how much my eyes had improved. He's even thinking about telling his other patients about my success with the supplement. I'm so thankful to Dr. K for telling me about this stuff - it's seriously changed how I feel every day.

I can't believe the nerve of this place! I bought a pair of brand new sneakers and tried to return them because they didn't fit, and they had the audacity to reject my return just because the shoe box wasn't in perfect condition. Are you serious? I will never shop here again.

Mistaken Address
I was pretty bummed out about how the customer service went down when I accidentally used an old address for my order. I reached out to the company right away, literally within a minute of paying, but they couldn't change it. I've been in e-commerce for a while now and I know that fixing shipping addresses is usually no big deal. It's a bit surprising to see such a big company not being able to offer the same kind of service that smaller sellers on sites like Etsy can. The way they didn't seem to care about my experience as a customer really caught me off guard.

Waterproof jacket purchase
I got this awesome waterproof jacket at your store and gotta tell you, I'm super impressed with how good it is. The color is exactly what I wanted and it fits me like a glove. The sizing is spot on, which is a nice change from other cycling brands where I usually have to go a size up. Haven't had a chance to ride with the jacket on yet, but I'm pretty sure it's gonna hold up well based on how it's made. One bummer was that the delivery person didn't leave the package where I asked them to, but thankfully nothing got stolen.
