Stood staring at my porch paint options, almost skipped this seller after reading mixed notes, but my neighbor told me to try it. Cheap, arrived fast, color's great—really relieved and happy.
Not perfect, but works
Pretty happy with it — didn't expect much after seeing crumpled packaging. I first spotted it on Electrical World's site after a coworker tipped me; small crack but works, customer support gave partial refund.
Midnight fix did the trick
Half-asleep at midnight I ordered a tiny pull switch to fix an ancient shaving lamp, and tried it last weekend. It fit right, feels solid enough, and the light works now. Shipping was fast; the site was a bit clunky, but relieved and pleased.
Quick garage fix

After a few annoyed emails one rep actually fixed it, so I went from skeptical to relieved. Delivery was still a mess.

Nice packaging, weird emails
I kept getting automated emails saying my shipment was delayed even after it arrived. Pretty confusing. Hope they fix the notification system, otherwise solid experience.

Long delivery times
The website and order confirmation didn't tell me how long it would take to get my order, which was annoying to find out after I bought it. They didn't clearly say that I needed to add up both the dispatch and delivery times to figure out when my order would actually show up. It's kind of shady and not cool. The important info was hidden in small writing, so it was easy to miss. They said it would take 7-14 days to dispatch my items, and then an extra 3-5 working days for delivery. Basically, I had to wait three weeks for my order to arrive, which is not okay, especially for the price I paid for shipping.
