I ordered a plant pot, but it took so long to get to me. I kept waiting and waiting, but it never arrived. I tried reaching out to them, but had no luck. Finally, I got a response on live chat, and they said they issued a refund, but I never received it. It's just so frustrating! I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Transcribing services
I tried out transcription services not long ago and was really impressed by how accurate the transcriptions were. But I hit a snag when I moved to Africa and my account got deactivated. It was frustrating 'cause I was doing a really good job with high accuracy. I'm wondering if there's any way to keep working with this company even though I'm living in Africa now.

I signed up for a 7-day trial thinking I'd only get charged for the month if I kept using the service. But then I was shocked to see I got automatically charged for a whole year without even being told. When I tried to get some answers from customer service, they weren't helpful at all and didn't give me clear information. This kind of tricky advertising is not cool and makes the company look bad.

Overseas shopping experience
The app is awesome and the shipping is really quick compared to others. But man, that shipping partner, Evri/Hermes, has been giving me some serious headaches with my last three orders. They just haven't been showing up and it's super annoying. It's not the app's fault, it's just that Evri's service is so unreliable. Customer service said they would resend one of my orders, but I still have two more that I'm waiting on.

My order was shipped using a not so great courier service
The stuff I ordered was pretty sweet, but the delivery service really dropped the ball. They shipped it to some random address way out of my area. Thankfully, the person who received it was kind enough to bring it over to me. I don't think I'll be shopping on this site again unless they give the choice of a different delivery service.
