Unacceptable service
My experience with this shop was so frustrating. They didn't give me the right tracking info for my order, so I had no idea when it would show up. It took forever for customer service to get back to me, and by that time, I was already over it. I definitely won't be coming back to shop here again.
Christmas presents purchase
I ordered some Christmas gifts from this shop, and let me tell you, it was such a hassle. I couldn't find their phone number anywhere at first! Then, when I did find it, they were closed even though their website said they should be open. And to top it off, when I finally received my order, one of the items was missing! How the heck am I supposed to get in touch with them now, especially with Christmas right around the corner?! It was anything but a luxurious experience - more of a headache, if you ask me!
Refund not received
The return process has been a total nightmare. I sent my stuff back weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my money back. Why do they have to send it all the way to Sweden to check it out? It's just not okay!
Slow delivery and unhelpful customer service
I can't believe how long it took for my order to arrive from this company. Their website said it would ship in 1-2 days, but it actually took 10 days. And the customer service was no help at all. I needed the shoes for my son right away, but now I don't even know if they'll fit. I'm dreading the return process, especially after hearing about others not getting their money back. Don't bother shopping here, it's not worth the trouble.
Clothing and Accessories
I had a really bad experience with this online store. I placed an order more than a week ago and still haven't gotten any updates on when it will be shipped or any tracking info. The lack of communication has made me feel really frustrated and like they don't care about me as a customer. After seeing other people's reviews, it seems like I might not even get my order at all, or it will take forever. This lack of honesty and dependability is not okay for an online store, so I won't be buying from them again.
messed up my order
I was really looking forward to getting my new clothes from that store. I've bought from them so many times and it's always been great. But this time, my order was all messed up. First, they couldn't find my order in their system and I got charged a bunch of money for nothing! Then, when I tried to get a refund, I had to wait forever and I'm still waiting. And the second time I ordered, my stuff didn't even get sent out after 6 days. It's like they totally forgot about me! I'm not sure what's happening with that store, but I don't think I'll be shopping there anymore. They're just too unreliable these days.
Expensive return process
So I bought some stuff from this site and had a bad time trying to return it. I ended up shelling out a bunch of money for the return, along with a customs fee that the company said they'd pay me back for. But instead of the cash back, they just gave me a voucher that didn't cut it for me. Honestly, I would have saved money by just throwing away the stuff instead of dealing with the return. I'm pretty bummed about the whole situation and don't think I'll be shopping from this website again.

Two children's jackets
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, but I gotta be honest, my last experience really let me down. Back on October 5th, I ordered two jackets for my kids. They took my payment, but I never got an order number or confirmation email, and the jackets never showed up. I tried to contact customer service, but they were closed, so I couldn't get any help. This whole lack of communication has been super frustrating and definitely changed my opinion of this company, which used to be pretty good.
International return confusion
I had to return something to this company, and I was surprised when I found out the return address was in Sweden, not London like I thought. It's a bit worrying that they're not transparent about where they're based, which seems unprofessional. A reliable company should have the right information easily accessible for customers, especially for returns. It's not okay that they're quick to reply to bad reviews but won't fix important things like their address.

I got a pair of wellies that were no good and it was such a hassle to send them back. The customer service was awful and they didn't handle it well. I definitely won't be buying from them anymore.
Hidden costs for returns
I ordered some things online, but when I tried to exchange them, they wanted to charge me a bunch of money just to ship it back! That's not right, dude. Plus, the customer service reps weren't really helpful. I've returned stuff to other places before and they didn't try to make me pay that much. Birthday gift for my daughter
I bought a birthday gift for my daughter and was promised it would come on time. But it ended up being two days late. When I reached out to customer service, they completely ignored me. Now I have to figure out how to tell my daughter why her gift is delayed.
Terrible purchase
That experience was terrible! I ended up with something I totally didn't want, and the customer service was just the worst - super slow and not useful at all. And when I tried to return it, they made things way more complicated than necessary. Now I've gotta send it all the way to Sweden on my own dime - no return postage included! And don't even get me started on all the information they need for the commercial invoice. Seriously, what's an EORI number even supposed to be?
Bike purchase for daughter's birthday
Oh my gosh, I bought a bike for my daughter's birthday and everything went wrong! The customer service was awful, I sent 4 messages and didn't hear back at all, so annoying! I spent a ton of money on the bike and delivery, and now the tracking hasn't updated in 10 days. Where is the bike?? I'm seriously confused and angry, I don't know what to do next!
Great products, disappointing delivery experience
I was really happy with all the stuff this store had to offer - they had great products and good quality. But, I was let down by the delivery. UPS said they dropped off my package at a pick-up spot and showed proof of delivery. The spot says they never got it, and when we asked UPS, they couldn't find it either. But, gotta give credit to the customer service team at the store - they handled it well. In the end, Alexandalexa did their job, but UPS didn't quite come through.
Sale clothes
When there's a sale, Alex and Alexa have some really awesome clothes to buy. I made an order, but it took a whole week to arrive. I couldn't wait to get my stuff, but it just never showed up. When I finally called to check on it, they told me there was a glitch in the system and my order was lost for good. I was so disappointed about that.
My order was shipped using a not so great courier service
The stuff I ordered was pretty sweet, but the delivery service really dropped the ball. They shipped it to some random address way out of my area. Thankfully, the person who received it was kind enough to bring it over to me. I don't think I'll be shopping on this site again unless they give the choice of a different delivery service.
Fantastic quality, appalling delivery experience
The kids' clothes from this online store are really great - I've always been happy with what I've bought. But, the delivery part is a whole different story. Using UPS for deliveries is a total mess. They just drop off my packages at my door without even trying to let me know they're there. It's pretty nerve-wracking to have expensive stuff sitting out there for hours. If they don't fix this delivery problem soon, they're gonna lose customers, no matter how awesome their stuff is.

I've been ordering a lot of kids' clothes from this website for a while now, and I've always had a great experience. The shipping is super fast to the USA, and I always go for the cheapest option. They always ship out my orders within 24 hours and I get them within 3 days, which is awesome. The quality of the clothes is really nice, and I appreciate that they have environmentally friendly brands like FUB, Mainio, Molo, Mini Rodini, and Hust&Claire. I have a bunch of kids, and this company always has all sizes in stock, which is super convenient. Returns are easy with their 30-day policy, and their customer service is top-notch - they usually get back to me within 24 hours. Overall, I've had a great experience and will definitely keep buying from this website with no hesitation.
