My experience at the outlet was really disappointing. I got some bags on sale and waited forever, like 15 to 17 days for them to ship my order. When I finally got it, some stuff was missing because they didn't have it in stock. It was super frustrating because they never told me. And then, when I tried to use my gift cards, my order got canceled and I had a hard time getting my money back. The gift cards were messed up, and the customer service was not helpful at all. Even though I spent a lot of money at Coach, I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer because of all the problems I had to deal with.

Printer toner cartridges
The toner cartridges fit my printer just fine, but the ink color was way too light and didn't last very long. I was always having to shake the cartridges to prevent streaks or faded spots on my printouts. Eventually, I gave up and switched to genuine cartridges from a different brand. Also, it was a bummer that there wasn't any info or labels on how to recycle the cartridges, unlike HP ones.
