Refunded shoes
I bought some shoes online the other day, but then I got a refund out of nowhere from the Bodega team. They didn't even explain why. So I contacted them and found out that the shoes I ordered were not available anymore. I asked if I could cancel the whole order, but they said no. On top of that, they don't do free returns, so now I'm stuck with something I don't want. The lack of communication and the fact that they wouldn't try to fix things really disappointed me and made me frustrated with my shopping experience.
Unexpected charges
I recently had a bad experience with this Bodega. They charged me $44.90 for a membership that I didn't even sign up for. When I saw these charges on my account, I was pretty surprised and called them right away to complain. Luckily, they quickly gave me a full refund. Still, it's not cool to get charged for something you never agreed to in the first place. It was annoying to have to call my bank and cancel my debit card just to be safe. This whole situation could've been avoided if they had better systems in place to stop unauthorized charges.
Hoodie and sneakers
I tried to return some things I didn't like but they wouldn't let me. It's really not fair and the prices are just way too high. It's so uncool.
Mixed experience
As a customer at Bodega, my recent purchase was a bit of a mixed bag. The product was good quality, but the whole process was kind of a letdown. Even though my order arrived on time, the shipping costs were too high. Then, there was a delay of over a week before my order was even sent out, which was pretty frustrating. To top it off, I found out that half of my order got canceled, and to make things worse, I didn't get a refund for the delivery fees on those items.

After sending several emails requesting a refund, they kept rejecting my request and referring to their policies. Their customer service is so unhelpful, it feels like talking to a robot. I noticed they only have 2 stars on Trustpilot, and it totally makes sense now! I'd recommend being cautious when shopping at that store!
Unreliable Service
I recently ordered from Bodega as a customer, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with my experience. The service they gave was just terrible, and those automatic emails they kept sending just made it worse. I tried reaching out to them about my order, but I never heard anything back, and I wasn't even sure if I was going to get it before Christmas. I think it's pretty unacceptable how they didn't communicate well or follow through with anything. So now, I have to take it up with my credit card company to get things sorted out. I even tried emailing them, but still, got no response, showing they really don't care about their customers.
Long wait time, unresponsive customer service
My experience shopping at the Bodega store was so disappointing. I bought something and had to wait about 3 weeks for it to ship within the US. I had to keep emailing to find out what was going on with my order, and every time they just said it was delayed because they had a lot of orders coming in. The customer service team didn't do a good job keeping me updated, and I felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. My whole shopping experience at that store was a big disappointment, and I won't be going back to shop there again.
Suit pants purchase
I was really bummed out about my experience buying suit pants from this store. I had already gotten the matching jacket and was super excited to see the pants on sale. So I ordered them online right away, but then a week later I got an email saying they were all out of stock. Like, seriously? You'd think a big online store would be better at keeping track of their stuff. It's annoying that it took them a whole week to let me know, especially since I needed those pants right away and could have gotten them somewhere else. And to top it off, I even tried asking if I could pay extra to rush my order, but no luck. So disappointing.
Discounted item purchase
I know there's been some not-so-great reviews floating around, but honestly, my time with Bodega was pretty good. Even though my order took a while to ship, they let me know upfront so I wasn't caught off guard. I was happy with how everything went down. The thing I bought was on sale big time, so waiting was no biggie. And they totally delivered when they said they would, so I'm all good with it.
Shoes and clothing purchase

NY Sour
I just bought the NY Sour from this store and it was amazing! The flavor was so good, I wanted to keep drinking it. I definitely suggest giving it a shot. Plus, the service was top-notch. The staff was super nice and knew their stuff, which made ordering easy and fun. The price was fair for how good the product was. And the delivery was quick, with the product arriving in perfect shape. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Custom declaration issue
I'm so annoyed with Bodega and how they handled my custom declaration issue. I reached out to get it fixed, but all I got were automated responses that felt like they came from a robot. It was super frustrating trying to find a real person to help me out. It's like they don't even care about their customers. It was a real struggle trying to get any kind of assistance from them.
T-shirts
Ugh, this online store I ordered from was terrible! I bought some t-shirts and later realized they were final sale. How lame is that? The checkout page didn't even warn me. Plus, the customer service was seriously unhelpful. I'm never shopping from there again.
Bodega x Asics Gel-NYC
As someone who has been buying from Bodega for a while now, I've had my fair share of shipping delays in the past. But this time, I'm happy to say that my order for the Bodega x Asics Gel-NYC was handled really well and quickly. I placed my order on September 29th and got it just 5 days later, no problems at all. The packaging was top-notch, and the delivery went smoothly. I really appreciate how Bodega has improved in sorting out their fulfillment issues, and I'm impressed with how smooth everything was this time. Can't wait to keep doing business with them in the future.
New shoes
