Prescription glasses
I had a really great time at the eye doctor's office the other day. I had to get new glasses and was looking for a place that could work with my busy schedule. The lady who helped me out was super nice, knew her stuff, and got everything done quickly. She helped me figure out my insurance and placed the order for my glasses right away. It was an easy and fast process, and I was happy with my new glasses. I'll definitely go back to that store again in the future.

I called to check on my order, but the answers I got were all over the place and not very helpful. It seems like they're trying to hide the fact that they don't know where my order is. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone because it seems really sketchy and not dependable.

As someone who has been buying from Bodega for a while now, I've had my fair share of shipping delays in the past. But this time, I'm happy to say that my order for the Bodega x Asics Gel-NYC was handled really well and quickly. I placed my order on September 29th and got it just 5 days later, no problems at all. The packaging was top-notch, and the delivery went smoothly. I really appreciate how Bodega has improved in sorting out their fulfillment issues, and I'm impressed with how smooth everything was this time. Leather jacket purchase
I just got my new leather jacket in the mail today, after what seemed like ages of waiting. The shipping time was seriously dragging, like watching a replay in slow motion. And let me tell you, the customer service was moving at a snail's pace too! I was starting to lose hope that my jacket would ever show up, but it's finally here. At least the quality is good, so I'm happy about that.

Online subscription cancellation issue
I had the worst customer service experience at this online store recently. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for like three months now, but even though they said it was canceled, they keep charging my card. It's just so frustrating and shady. I wouldn't recommend trusting this store with your financial info at all.

Can you believe she even sent me an email right after we talked AND got me those extra photos I needed in just an hour? Now that's what I call efficient! At first, I had to take some time to put all my IDs and passwords into the system. But once that was all set up, it made getting onto websites and using strong passwords a breeze. I don't have to try and remember a bunch of different passwords anymore, just my master password. Now, a bunch of websites open up for me automatically, which really helps make things easier and more secure.
