I'm pretty upset about the lack of communication and support when it comes to the $59.00 charge for the plus plan subscription that keeps coming out of my account every month. I've been trying to get in touch and ask some questions, but I haven't heard anything back or gotten any issues resolved. The website hasn't been doing what it said it would do, and it's not bringing in any customers, which is really frustrating and disappointing.
