phone verification kept failing, I must’ve tried a dozen times over three hours, no clear error messages, just stuck. Support was basically invisible—calls didn’t connect and chat answered with an automated "away" note during normal hours. DNS and MX felt like a broken menu: every attempt to point mail externally ended up with a forced suffix on records, which made no sense and blocked the mail setup. Changing nameservers did weird things too, like tossing my domain back into a cart even after payment. The one thing that actually worked was billing—payments posted, invoices generated—so the moment I was unexpectedly satisfied was when I saw a confirmed charge and the domain finally showed as active in my account. Relief, not joy, but relief. Still, overall this felt clunky and unprofessional; I wouldn’t recommend it unless you like guessing workarounds.
Smooth save by support
I’d been wrestling for hours with their free SSL setup (the docs left out a couple of bits, or at least it felt that way) and then Loris from tech support stepped in. She was quick, kept at it, and eventually sorted the whole thing out. That relief — not having to poke around in certificate files late into the evening — is what did it for me. I’m honestly grateful; I’d rather pay a small fee to avoid the stress, and when they offered to install it for €25 I didn’t hesitate. It’s comforting that they’re in Europe too, not some distant support center you can’t reach. I’m no newbie — I cut my teeth on HTML and Dreamweaver — but things pile up and get a bit daunting now, so paid help makes sense. The website builder they include is decent, the interface is straightforward, and overall the experience was positive. Small improvements to the instructions would save a lot of time, but the people handling problems are the reason I’ll keep moving sites here. So yeah, happy with the outcome and glad I went through with the migration.
Took a bit longer than expected, but it works
instructions were sparse, some steps referenced files or a CSR I couldn’t find, and I spent a couple of hours going in circles. I finally asked support and a tech responded quickly, stayed on it, and offered to install it for me for €25. I paid — worth the time saved and the stress avoided. So yes, paid help solved the immediate problem. That said, it shouldn’t be that hard; clearer docs or an opt-in install service as a standard option would make this a lot better. I’ve had worse experiences with other providers — Wix in particular has been nearly impossible to reach — so the fact this company is in Europe and actually answers is a relief. It’s not perfect: the docs need work and the free feature shouldn’t require a small paid workaround, but the human support was competent and practical. I’ll keep moving my sites over because the overall experience works for me and I value being able to call someone who actually helps.
Found them via Slack, stayed for the support
support replied fast, walked me through the fix, and it actually felt like I was talking to a person who cared, not some canned responses. That said, there were a couple of small hiccups and you do need a bit of technical know-how to get the most out of it. I’ve already moved one site and plan to migrate a few more over the next months. Bonus for being Belgian — I prefer keeping my business in Europe. Overall solid service, real humans, reasonable price. Not perfect, but good enough that I recommended it to a friend.
Quietly impressed after a shaky start
the control panel (Plesk) felt familiar enough and setup started off smooth, but I hit a problem with the SSL. That was annoying at midnight, of course. Tech support answered quickly, and crucially it was a person — Romuald — who walked me through the fix without sounding scripted. That swung me from skeptical to actually relieved. The Plesk interface is fine for someone with a bit of experience; if you’re a total newbie there’s a learning curve, but nothing crazy. Overall the site runs well, backups and certs seem stable, and I like having my hosting with a Belgian company for privacy and jurisdiction reasons. I’ll be moving more sites over in the coming months. Not perfect, but solid, human support makes the difference for me.
Almost didn’t pull the trigger
after that push I could get the domains moved away. So yeah, things ended up usable again and I’m relieved I didn’t lose everything. But I’m still annoyed: the whole thing could’ve been avoided with a simple conversation, and they never owned up or apologized, and they even shared private info publicly at one point, which felt unnecessary. Bottom line — glad I recovered my stuff, but don’t expect smooth customer handling. If you’re like me and need something reliable for business and peace of mind, be cautious and have escalation contacts ready.
Yeah, this went south
I first heard about EuroDNS from a coworker who swore by them—cheap, simple, done. I was skeptical at first (who isn't these days?) but went ahead after reading a few decent forum posts and thinking, "Okay, let's try it." For months everything was fine and I even recommended them to a friend, which makes the rest feel oddly embarrassing. Then one day a domain got flagged—apparently an automated AI report said it looked shady. No call, no heads-up, just my account closed and all my domains frozen. My immediate doubts returned with a vengeance; I wondered if I'd missed something or if I was being paranoid. I explained the situation, provided context, and repeatedly asked for a review. For a while they gave the usual corporate silence. Eventually I had to escalate and contact the COO directly to get my domains moved out. That transfer only happened after persistent, awkward emails and a tiny bit of luck. They never really admitted a mistake, offered an apology, or refunded anything, and, disturbingly, they shared some private info in a public reply instead of fixing it quietly. Emotionally it was frustrating—like getting locked out of your own garage by a well-meaning neighbor who refuses to talk. So yes, initial doubts were about quality and price; post-incident doubts are about trust and handling. If you value reliable communication and respecting customers, keep this in mind before handing over domains.
Domain registration scam
This website is a complete scam! They show you domain names that are unavailable at a good price, but then after you pay the service fee, they tell you the domain is not available. And they only give you back 50% of your money, plus they charge a manual service fee that you can't get back. It's a total trap! Don't get caught, just avoid them and go with other trustworthy brands instead.
Domain registration services
I've been using this domain registration service for a long time and I must say, it's been the perfect partner for all my online projects. I've been counting on them for over 15 years now without any problems because their services are efficient and trustworthy. Ordering domains is easy and quick, and whenever I need help, their team is always there to assist me right away. The platform is really user-friendly too, which makes it simple for me to keep track of all my domains.
Domain registration issue
I recently had a really frustrating situation with trying to register a domain. It was for a .de domain, but I couldn't use the nameservers for it. What made it even worse is that I never actually bought a domain from this company, yet I had to deal with all these technical problems that were super inconvenient.
Domain purchase experience
Buying a domain from this company was way too complicated and irritating. It seemed like a rip-off because they wanted more money just to actually use the domain after you bought it. It was really frustrating not being able to set up nameservers without having to pay extra.
Domain registration and web hosting
The platform makes it super easy to register domains and get web hosting services. I really like having the 2FA security option, it gives me peace of mind knowing my account is safe. But the logout feature in the settings was a bit confusing to me, I think they could make it more user-friendly. On the bright side, the German translation on the platform was top-notch, it helps non-English speakers get around the site with no problem.
Domain transfer delay
I had a really bad experience transferring my domain. The company took the maximum 5 days allowed by ICANN to give me the transfer code, probably hoping I would forget so they could automatically renew my domain. They even had the nerve to send me a link from ICANN about the 5-day rule, acting like they were doing me a favor. It seemed like they felt they had to wait 5 days, but that's not true at all.
Got a domain name
I got a domain name from this place and it was so easy. I've been using it for a while now and I've never had any issues. If something can't be fixed online, there's always a friendly person to chat with. Thanks for the great service, Chris!
Domain management ease
EuroDNS makes it easy to manage all your domains in one spot. Some domain zones may cost more, but the service takes care of all the country and domain-specific needs for you. And their tech support is excellent - really quick and helpful.
Three domains purchased and paid for
I recently bought three domains from this company, but it turns out they couldn't give them to me. Even though their website said they were available, it seems they don't really have them for sale. It's been super frustrating waiting for my refunds. I recommend others steer clear of this company because they're not reliable or honest.
Domain registration
I've been using this website for a while now to register domain names and it's been great. I've never run into any issues and whenever I had questions, the customer service was super helpful. Thanks for being awesome, EuroDNS!
Domain registration and management
As someone who's been using this company for domain registration and management for over ten years, I gotta say - their service is top-notch. I've put all my domains in their hands and they've always come through as reliable caretakers. Any questions or issues I've had were quickly and efficiently handled, leaving me feeling reassured and happy with how professional they are. Their dedication to helping customers is really something to admire.
DNS Security Extensions migration to EuroDNS
I just moved my domain to EuroDNS for DNS Security Extensions (DNSSEC) after my old provider wanted to charge me for it. The switch went smoothly, and I've actually been using EuroDNS for a while on other projects. They've always been dependable, and I feel good about the extra security they offer for my domain.
Domain transfer difficulty
Oh my goodness, I was really trying to move my domain to a different one, but now I'm stuck! And to make matters worse, no one has assisted me yet! Ugh, I just want to get my domain situation sorted out. Why does everything have to be so difficult?! ?
