I recently started a new blog and I went with EuroDNS for my domain registration. I've used other providers before for my websites, but I was really impressed with the quick and awesome support I got from EuroDNS. Everything went smoothly and the customer service folks were super helpful in getting me set up. I really liked how seamless the whole experience was and how professional the company is.
Domain purchase
Great customer service! I had an awesome experience with the customer service team. They were super quick to respond to my questions. So, I picked out a domain, but turns out it wasn't available. They reached out right away and gave me a refund. They made a little mistake on the refund amount, but after I left a review, they fixed it right up. The website has a really cool variety of unique domains and is easy to use. All in all, my experience with EuroDNS was positive.
Domain transfer with excellent pre sales support
I just moved my fourth domain to EuroDNS, and man, I gotta say, I was really impressed with how helpful and supportive the staff was throughout the whole process. They made sure everything with the DNS setup was on point before kicking off the transfer. Luckily, my domains have been running smoothly, so I haven't even had to bother the pre-sales team in the past.
DNS hosting service
The DNS hosting service from this company is really top-notch. It's been meeting all of my expectations, and I've had no complaints about how it works. But, I gotta say, the billing and renewal process has been a bit of a letdown. It's had bugs, errors, and just been a hassle overall. The way they manage the billing system needs a lot of work, and it took me a few tries before I could actually get everything sorted out. Even though the service itself is great, the not-so-great billing experience has definitely made me think twice about the company as a whole.
Domain registration assistance
I had a big problem with my domain registration that needed help right away. EuroDNS's office was closed, so it was really hard to get assistance. But, after reaching out on social media, I finally got in touch with someone who really went out of their way to help me. Even though it was tough at first, the support team was super helpful and they eventually fixed the problem by even finding a local rep in Anguilla to help me out.

I bought this super cool domain from here and man, it was awesome! The folks who work there are really helpful, especially the ladies. They really know their stuff and are super patient when I have questions. The guys could work on being a bit more patient though, not everyone is a tech genius like them. But overall, my experience with the EuroDNS support team has always been top-notch and hassle-free.
