I just started my own business and needed some help registering my LLC. I found this service that was really helpful and made sure I understood all the ins and outs. Virtual office purchase
This company is shady. I paid $29 for a virtual office service, but when I logged in, there was no address listed. Live chat didn't work, and the phone number was unreachable. I emailed them multiple times with no response. When I tried to cancel, the record disappeared and I didn't get a refund. It all felt sketchy, especially for a supposedly well-known company. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. If you're thinking about using them, call first to make sure they're legit.

I really want to emphasize how important it is to do your homework before you decide to work with any company, especially when it comes to something as important as incorporating your business. I made a big mistake by not researching properly, and it almost cost me a lot. When I found a certain company's website, I saw some warning signs right away that I foolishly ignored. Their policy of automatically using your address as theirs without giving you a choice seemed fishy, to say the least. The lack of transparency and the risk of someone else seeing your important mail is just not okay. The way they explained this shady practice only confirmed for me that I should stay far away. So please, don't make the same mistake I did - make sure to thoroughly check out any company before you do business with them.
Excellent customer service
My experience was awesome because Mr. Malone gave exceptional customer service. He really took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the setup process with clear explanations and professionalism. NRWA definitely knows how to pick great people for customer service.
Online business services
I couldn't even use their services to sell on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart because they didn't verify business addresses. On top of that, their customer support took forever to respond to my simple question - a whole week! Their sluggishness and neglect of such an important aspect left me feeling really frustrated and let down.
LLC Registration
I'm really upset about my experience with this company. Their website is so slow and always crashing, it's really hard to get anything done. The billing process is way too complicated and confusing, which just makes things even more frustrating. I tried to cancel my service multiple times and even had to dispute the charges with my bank. Then they went ahead and canceled my services themselves, blaming it on my bank. Now I have to try to get my money back and pay extra fees to switch providers. They never answer my emails, and it's like playing Russian roulette trying to get someone on the phone. It's just been a big headache dealing with them.
