Review about: Swiss Airlines
Flight experience
I recently had a really bad experience with one of the ground crew members at the gate. The woman I dealt with was super rude and had the worst attitude ever. It was pretty jarring to see someone from the company treating customers so poorly. I don't get why Swiss Airways would have someone like that interacting with passengers. On the flip side, the flight crew on the plane was nice and provided great service the whole flight. Even though the gate encounter was rough, the flight itself was much better.

POS system compatibility
My experience with 7shifts was kind of a letdown, honestly. I had some trouble getting all my data transferred from my POS system automatically. Even though I was careful with the setup, I found out after a month that not everything made it over like it was supposed to. It was super frustrating and messed with how smoothly things were running in my business.

Laptop purchase with warranty
I got this laptop in 2019 from here and they gave me a warranty for 24 months with it. The person who helped me out when I bought it recommended the warranty, saying that I could get something for 50% off if I didn't use it by the end of the warranty period. It even says this on their website right now if you check section 2.12. But, as luck would have it, right after the warranty ran out, I tried to use the benefit but got rejected twice without any clear reasons. I tried reaching out through their website to see if I could still get that discount since the store near me was already closed. I sent in my receipt after they asked for it, but they told me that the service wasn't an option anymore. When I asked for more info, they wanted a product code instead of looking at the receipt, and then said that I could exchange my laptop for something else at 50% off instead. It all felt really confusing and didn't make much sense to me. Since my warranty was about to expire, this was my last try to get what I paid for.
