Training session disappointment
I had a really bad experience with a few different trainers on this service. The first one said the distance was too much, the second never responded to my emails, and the third was just plain unprofessional. It was frustrating that they weren't good at keeping in touch or being dependable. The CEO did try to help by suggesting another trainer, but that didn't pan out because of conflicting schedules. In the end, I had to request a refund, which thankfully went smoothly compared to everything else.

The pain cell is amazing! I've had terrible hand pain at night, but it's been a lifesaver. And the menopause cell? It's been a game-changer in getting rid of those annoying hot flashes. My only gripe is that the cells are so tiny, it's tough to not lose them. It would be great if they could make them into something wearable, like gloves, to make it easier to use.

Flight experience
I recently had a really bad experience with one of the ground crew members at the gate. The woman I dealt with was super rude and had the worst attitude ever. It was pretty jarring to see someone from the company treating customers so poorly. I don't get why Swiss Airways would have someone like that interacting with passengers. On the flip side, the flight crew on the plane was nice and provided great service the whole flight. Even though the gate encounter was rough, the flight itself was much better.

I'm really upset about my experience with this company. Their website is so slow and always crashing, it's really hard to get anything done. The billing process is way too complicated and confusing, which just makes things even more frustrating. I tried to cancel my service multiple times and even had to dispute the charges with my bank. Then they went ahead and canceled my services themselves, blaming it on my bank. Now I have to try to get my money back and pay extra fees to switch providers. They never answer my emails, and it's like playing Russian roulette trying to get someone on the phone. It's just been a big headache dealing with them.
