Shoulder-Bag
Do not purchase from this place! It is a total scam. They are not truthful about their location and the products they sell are low-quality and overpriced. Returning items is a hassle and you have to cover the cost of shipping all the way to China, not even within the USA. The shoulder bag I ordered was supposed to be $48.77 but it's honestly only worth around $20. It's embarrassing to use because it looks so cheap. They promised a full refund credit, but now they are ignoring me. The pictures on their website may look good, but what you receive is just junk!
Shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes from this place back on January 7, 2022, but I never got the shoes like they said I would. I reached out to customer service, and they told me their supplier dropped the ball and didn't send the shoes. They offered store credit, but I wanted a refund instead. They said they processed the refund, but it's been three weeks and I still don't have my money back. It's been a real letdown and a hassle. I wouldn't suggest shopping here to anyone.
Prom dress
I ordered a prom dress and paid for express shipping, but Shoppe Apparel didn't deliver on time. Their customer service was no help and didn't respond. Very disappointed with their lack of communication and service.
trendy clothes
I totally love this store! They have the coolest, most trendy clothes that I just can't get enough of. I swear, I'm here shopping all the time because they seriously have the best selection. Not to mention, the service is top-notch and I always manage to find exactly what I'm looking for. This store is my go-to, I can always count on them to have what I need.
Blazers and pants purchase
I was looking for some new blazers and pants and a friend told me to check out Shoppe Apparel. I was happy to see they had a bunch of cool options that were just what I wanted. My order got here super fast, even faster than I thought it would. If you're into trendy clothes, I definitely suggest giving Shoppe Apparel a try.

I just bought 11 things from this store like bags, shoes, dresses, cardigan, and leggings. But, I haven't gotten any of it and the store took all the money from my bank account. I'm a single mom, so this has really messed up my finances. I really need the store to look into this and get it sorted out ASAP. It's pretty stressful not hearing anything from them and not knowing what's going on. I just hope they fix this mess right away.
Jumpsuit purchase
I bought a jumpsuit from this clothing store not too long ago and was kind of bummed when I saw that the package had a different company's name on it. I looked into it some more and found the same jumpsuit for a lot cheaper on another website. I tried reaching out to the store to talk about it but never heard back.
Order not received
I'm really bummed about my experience with this company. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. I've reached out a bunch of times but haven't heard anything back. They gave me a tracking number, but USPS is saying they haven't even received the order yet. It's super frustrating and makes me feel like I've been tricked. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Clothing item
I had the worst shopping experience at Shoppe Apparel. I ordered a piece of clothing and after weeks of waiting and asking about my order, they finally told me it was out of stock. Instead of giving me a refund, they offered store credit, which felt like a total rip-off. I was so disappointed with how they didn't communicate well. I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

Horrible service. Beware!!!!!! They take forever to ship, then send you wrong sizes. I bought according to their size chart, but would fit a 10 year old not an adult. Then they refuse to accept returns. Do not buy on this site

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sent me the item I ordered in the wrong color and refused to accept a return, even though I was within their 10 day return window. They would not respond to my calls or emails so I filed a complaint with the BBB. Their company has now been closed according to BBB, but is still available for people to make purchases. They're not quite a scam, but if there are any issues with your order it will be impossible to have it corrected.
Additionally, the item I ordered took over a month to ship, when their shipping window said 7-14 days.Doctor Who costume
Never received item's, to ppl ordering beware they charge u, but u never get your item's, if delivered to wrong mailbox, they make you pay even though u paid express shipping, this site a RIP OFF, they lie & CHEAT you, they've CHEATED ME, charged me for something I never received! Don't order from a company that cheats you after charging u express for the price of course I require a signature, but they charged anyways without, and have RIPPED US OFF, Never ordering from any site's on FB again buyer beware of this shoppeapparel their ripping people off!!! Excellent quality and fit.
These pants are super comfy (especially when sitting) for those of us large enough to pull our pants up over our gut due to the stretch material. No more cutting off your stomach to wear jeans.
