    Shield purchase

    I was a little skeptical about ordering because of some bad reviews, but I decided to give it a shot. The ordering process was kind of tricky, and I couldn't easily find how to contact customer service. I was annoyed that I didn't get a tracking number right away. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I got my order in about 10-15 days. The shield was just what I wanted and really good quality - much better than a mask! It's also really comfy to wear for long periods. I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase overall, but Alpha Gear definitely needs to step up their customer service game.

    Over $100 worth of merchandise

    I bought a bunch of stuff from this company because they say they're run by Veterans. I placed my order on 7/24 and haven't heard anything since. I've tried contacting them several times but haven't gotten any replies. Meanwhile, they keep sending me promotional emails. I spent a lot of money with them and I'm really disappointed in the poor communication and service.

    Tactical gloves and face shield

    I ordered some tactical gloves and a face shield, but they never showed up. The tracking info from DHL was totally off and not helpful at all. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but they were slow to respond and didn't give me any useful info. I'm really let down by the lack of communication and follow-up from this company. I won't be buying from them again.

    This company is super unreliable when it comes to shipping stuff and taking care of their customers. So, I bought two hats and got two different tracking numbers, which was kinda weird. The first hat took forever - like 7 whole days - to get to me, even though I'm not far away at all. Then when I opened the box, there was only one hat in there! Like, couldn't they have just put both hats together? And the second hat? The tracking said it was just chillin' in their warehouse 10 days after I ordered it. Turns out they never even sent it out, just slapped a label on there or something. When I tried calling customer service to figure out what was going on, they straight up ignored me and never bothered to call back. Like, that kind of dishonesty and not owning up to your mistakes is so not cool. It's basically stealing from people!

    Bulletproof Vest Purchase

    I gotta say, I'm really frustrated with the terrible customer service I've been getting from this company. My name's Tim Jonson, and even though I ordered a bulletproof vest, I still haven't gotten it. I've reached out a bunch of times to ask about my order, but all I've gotten back are unclear answers and promises that go nowhere. It's really disappointing to throw my money at something and not get it. I was hoping for better from a company that says they care about customer satisfaction.

    Tactical backpack

    I recently got a tactical backpack from this company and was disappointed with how they handled my order and delivery. The tracking system was terrible - I couldn't get much out of it. My son didn't have any problems when he ordered, so I was expecting things to go smoothly. But my order got stuck with DHL for days, without any updates from the company. After I finally got an email saying they were processing my order, I was relieved, but the tracking info was still not helpful. It was frustrating to see my order just sitting with DHL for so long before finally being handed over to USPS. The poor communication and slow shipping have made me not want to buy from this company again. I need reliable and fast service as a customer, so it's unfortunate that this company didn't meet my expectations.

    Athletic face shields in various colors

    The athletic face shields from this company come in lots of colors and prints, so you can easily find one that fits your style. The fabric quality is a bit lacking though - it starts to look worn out after just one wash. And you might have to wear two shields at once to keep dust out, which is kind of a hassle. But I do like getting compliments on how the shields look, so that's a plus.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered some military gear but it never showed up. When I contacted customer service, they were no help at all. They wanted me to pay extra to ship out new items. It's just not right, and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them. You should try finding a different company, maybe one that's veteran-owned and has better customer service.

    Face mask order not received

    I ordered some face masks a while back, but I still haven't gotten them. I'm pretty disappointed because the company hasn't been keeping in touch with me at all. Even though I accidentally gave them the wrong email when I ordered, I've been trying to call and message them several times, and I haven't heard anything back.     Kids 5 pack face masks

    I recently bought a 5 pack of face masks for my kids. I picked out two designs and left the other 3 as a surprise. The masks are pretty good quality, perfect for kids who tend to lose things. They arrived quickly and on time, which was awesome. But I was bummed because I didn't get the mix of designs and colors I was hoping for with the mystery masks. Instead of getting 3 different options, I got 3 more black masks. It felt kind of lazy and not as exciting as I was expecting.

    Arm sleeves missing

    I just made this big order from a company and, for the most part, I was happy with what I got. The only thing that bugged me was that three arm sleeves were missing from my order. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but all I got was an answering machine. Seems like this has happened to other people too, based on what I've read in reviews. If it weren't for this slip-up, I would have rated them much higher.

    Black bullet antenna purchase

    I bought a black bullet antenna from this company about a year ago. But now, it's not black anymore—it's two-toned in gold and purple, which was definitely not what I was hoping for. So, I contacted customer service to address the problem. The rep told me to just paint it myself because they only have a 20-day warranty.     Two hats order

    I ordered two hats not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole thing.     I placed my order back on April 15th and I was really looking forward to getting my stuff. But it's been so long and I still don't have a tracking number! I've sent tons of emails and haven't heard a peep back. Then I tried to chat with them online, only to get some lame message about how swamped they are with orders. And when I called, their office was closed. Such a letdown! Their customer service is just awful. I don't care if they're owned by veterans or not, I won't be buying from them again!

Finally, I got in touch with this person named Joan H on chat. They were super nice and fixed my issue like a pro. Major props to Joan for being so professional and helpful!
