12/15 masks and hat
I have shopped through SA 2 times now and both times had issues. The first time they didn't ship what was ordered. They shipped the correct stuff the second time. 12/15 I ordered some masks and hat for christmas. It shipped the same day. DHL shows this hasn't been picked up and doesn't exist on the USPS site. Shipping is non existent. When I do contact the company they tell me about shipping delays. Funny how UPS and FedEx have all got my stuff to me on time. I had a package from Italy arrive in 4 days. So I don't want to hear about shipping delays. The cheapest isn't always the best..
Tactical pens and masks
Package got lost and tracking said delivered. Never saw the package. I didn't expect them to cover it since it is beyond their control once it ships out. I contacted them and explained what happened and asked if I could re-order the items at the same black friday prices for a total of 57 dollars. Basically told me to file a claim with usps (already did) and to see what happens and wouldn't honor the sale prices. I'll take my business somewhere else. And thankfully my Costco Citi card gave me a full refund.
Alpha Defense Bullet Antenna
Bad purchase for my 2020 Jeep Sahara. I now get less than half the radio stations I had with my stock antenna and the ones I can still hear are static. This company is banking on military patronage and pushing a bad product.
Face shields
Do not purchase from Alpha Defense Gear. It’s a bait and switch scheme. Read the other reviews. I was going to give ordering and pricing 5 stars because it was pretty good, this site won’t let me give service and delivery one star. I ordered some face shields well over a month ago. I can’t contact the company to enquirer about my order either. When I do I get a message saying to contact them during their business hours even though it is during their business hours.

These are NOT made in the USA. Their marketing is genius, but it’s a scam. It has the “Veteran Operated” stamp and also shows the American Flag on most posts. Scam....CHINA.

SHOCKED by the bad reviews!! Super FAST shipping. Ordered July 30, Label Printed July 31, Recieved Aug. 8. Great Quality, soft fabric, vibrant colors. Used paypal zero issues. Successful and Easy Transaction. Would buy again.
5 different design facemask
Ordered the five mysteries for $15. Web sight and ad show different designs and leads you to believe your going to get different designed mask. Also leads you to believe they are veterans and the mask are made in America at their address listed. That the reason I bought them because I was helping out veterans and their USA made product. Three weeks later I get the package with five plain lime yellow mask with a tag that says made in China. How disappointing. Would not have order if I had known they were made in China.

We ordered this under my husbands name & e-mail. We received them in about 8 days not bad but I guess you were out of certain colors or someone was tired because I out of 10 Masks I got 3 of the exact same color I ordered all different for a reason. No explanation no apology just 3 of whatever color THEY CHOSE to send. Which is a dark navy blue. I ordered safety orange & a bright blue & 1 navy blue. Not good at my house. With a lot of children around. Highly unhappy about that. Spent time choosing certain colors for a reason.

the delivery service has to be the slowest option on earth. 2 weeks to get a small package is just silly this day in age.

Cannot contact to return junk items. Ordered stars and stripes face mask and got ugly florescent pinks and yellow. Live chat is a joke. Veteran owned by what military? China. No phone number or return website to use. I learned a lesson dont buy from sa.

Excellent product! I hate wearing masks in fact every mask I have tried I have a hard time breathing in except for these. I love the feel and the fact they are American made! Highly recommend.

they suck. I received my order and of course it came with a note saying they had to make substitutions and if i don't like them, reach out. I chatted. They never replied. I called, message said they were busy and use chat.

Cant say enough about this company fast shipping ordering was a cinch but here's the kicker they went way beyond and sent me another order in full for free thank you so much cant wait to order here agine ...

the shields would of been fine but I didn't get any styles I ordered they were all wrong i cot a card with my shipment that said because of COVID They were sending them to keep them and they would make it right this was in April over 3 months later still haven't got what I ordered or a answer to any of my attempts to contact customer service they should of just issued a refund instead of sending ones I didn't want
Pack of 4 face shields
Don’t use this company. Ordering was easy price was good delivery and customer service is the worst. I almost feel this is a scam company. I bought they send a tracking for DHL and then DHL transferred to USPS. Tracking says delivered but nothing was in my mailbox. I contacted the company and their response is nothing we can do as it shows delivered. They won’t look into the issue or try to resolve this issue.

Can't get them to reply to me... If you are lucky enough to find their phone number... When you call a machine say leave a message, but of course it's a full mail box so you can't leave a message. Really?
If you go to their chat on line. They make you wait 30 minutes to 3 hours for a reply. How is that a chat on line?
It's not... It's a tactic.
If you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone (which I did this latest time, 1 hour later) they just tell you to wait a cpl more days it will be there. Three weeks later, of them telling me this different three times, to wait just a cpl more days.
Still haven't received order.
Very disappointed in this company I had very high expectations for.

I was worried after reading reviews. I ordered on 6-3-20 and got two emails. Received my order by 6-15-20. It was correct.

I didn’t want to order from SA due to negative reviews. Found alpha defense and it’s USA made products so it claims. I was given a tracking# and am waiting for delivery. Had I realized it was the same company using 2 different names I would have looked elsewhere. I will update review when /if I receive product. Gave 3s because must to place review
5 masks
I ordered 5 masks of designs we liked and when we got there delivered we only received 4 masks that we didn’t even order. I tried calling- e-mails and trying talking in the chat line and never got a response / so this company ALPHA DEFENCE CO is a SCAM the service was less than one star but I had to put one star to send review
