Windows 10 Home key purchase
I just bought a Windows 10 Home key from this site not too long ago. But when I went to activate it a few months later, the key wasn't working. Feeling pretty frustrated, I reached out to customer service, and they were on the ball. They checked out my purchase, and in no time gave me a new key that did the trick. Even though it was annoying that the first key was a bust, I have to say I was pretty happy with how customer service sorted everything out.

Electric heated jacket
I just got this electric heated jacket from these guys and it was awesome. The jacket was top-notch and did everything they said it would. But, I did have some trouble with the size so I reached out to customer service. This dude named Aven totally saved the day and fixed my issue fast. He was super polite, quick with his replies, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure I was happy. That kind of outstanding customer service is what sets a company apart and keeps customers coming back.

Really discouraged. Saw this way to loose weight on one of the morning shows, guess they should check reviews first too. Like others on this review site, placed order, credit card charged right away, and no notification email for when the shipment was arriving. Called after a week, and was told the order was boxed and couldn't be stopped from shipping, per company policy, and I would have to refuse shipment when it arrived... Still no email indicating it was shipped. Now the fight to get the credit back. A reminder to take the time to look for reviews off the company site.
