Annoying spam emails
Do you ever get so annoyed with those spam emails that you can't get rid of? This company is the worst when it comes to bombarding your inbox with junk mail that you never signed up for. I don't even know how they got my email address in the first place. Maybe they bought it from some sketchy data breach? Who knows, but all I know is that it's a pain dealing with all their never-ending spam.
Stylish clothing, exceptional customer service
I went shopping at this store recently and I was really impressed with the clothes and how well I was treated. The staff was super nice and helpful, they really went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. The clothes were not only trendy, but also made really well with high-quality materials. I also liked how carefully they packaged my items, it showed a level of detail that you don't always see at other stores. Overall, I was really happy with my time at this store and I will definitely be going back.
Order sent to wrong address
I bought something from this store and it got sent to my old address! I called their 800 number for help but no one answered. I even tried the corporate office with no luck. Their online chat wasn't even an option. It was really frustrating and not okay!
Button down shirt purchase
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I bought a button-down shirt on sale during Labour Day weekend, but I never got it even though I got a confirmation email. Two weeks later, when I tried to call customer service, the number didn't work. I emailed them and found out that the shirt I ordered was out of stock. I was surprised because it had always been available on their website, just not at a discount. I also wrote a review on their website, but it was never posted. I am not happy with how this company handled everything - they need to communicate better and be more transparent.
Second business day order, lacking confirmation
Sorry, but I had a bad experience with my most recent purchase. I ordered something with second business day delivery but didn't get an email confirmation. When I called customer service, nobody picked up, and the live chat wasn't working. I didn't know what was going on with my order and felt really annoyed by the lack of communication and help.
Poor quality Linen Henley purchase
I bought this Long-Sleeve Linen Henley that turned out to be terrible quality and didn't fit well at all. The worst part was when I tried to return it - I took it to UPS, waited anxiously for a refund that never showed up. I reached out to the company through email several times, but never got any responses or just got emails bouncing back. I had to end up doing a chargeback with my credit card. I won't be shopping there again!
Christmas returns
I went to the store recently to return some Christmas items I purchased online. Jill and Josh who work there were really friendly and helpful. It's always a good experience shopping there, feels like a fun adventure every time I go. I wish all stores were this great. Huge thanks to Jill and Josh, you guys are awesome! ?
Heritage sweater
I had a really bad experience with my recent purchase from this store. I got a Heritage sweater online, but when it came, it had a weird smell and the packaging stank too. It was so terrible that I couldn't even wear it. I tried to talk to customer service through email about it, but nobody got back to me. So I had to send the sweater back myself, which was annoying. I couldn't even exchange it for a smaller size or get a refund because it was a sale item. It's just a bummer to get something that obviously wasn't checked for quality.
Jacket purchase
I recently tried to buy a jacket online and used a welcome discount code. However, during checkout, another code for a holiday sale popped up. The payment went through on my credit card, but an error message appeared. When I called customer service, they said I couldn't combine the welcome discount with the seasonal one, so they promised a refund. I tried again without the welcome discount, but the same error happened. Calling back, the rep said both charges would be refunded, and she'd help me with the purchase. Then she mentioned that the jacket couldn't be sent to a freight forwarder mailbox. I explained my previous successful shipments to the same address to no avail. Now I have fees for the failed transactions, wasted time, and couldn't even complete my order. The company's website lacks clear purchasing restrictions, and their customer service reps are not up to speed on online transaction issues. It's frustrating that a product can't be sent to a personal mailbox linked to a freight forwarder.
Order mix-up
This company really messed up my order and lost my store credit that I got from returning items. I was so frustrated because I couldn't log in to check my credit balance. Plus, their prices were way too high and everything just seemed shady in general.
Overpriced mediocrity
I wouldn't recommend spending your money at that place if you're looking for good quality. The customer service is terrible and returning items is a nightmare. It's been over a month since I returned two things, and I still haven't gotten any credit. I tried contacting customer service for assistance, but they weren't helpful at all. It's really ridiculous that it's taking this long to process a return.
Overpriced low-quality clothing
I used to shop at this store all the time, but lately I've been really let down by what they're selling. The clothes are way too expensive and fall apart way too quickly. The workers are nice and all, but it's just not worth it to me to keep wasting my money on stuff that's not even good quality.

I recently bought 2 polo shirts from this online store, but I only got one of them. And to make matters worse, when the shirt arrived, it didn't fit like the size chart said it would. I was pretty let down by the whole situation and it definitely didn't leave a good impression on me.

I had such a bad time at this clothing store. The person working there was super rude and disrespectful to me, they used inappropriate language and even tried to start a fight. And the manager was just as bad, they were being racist towards me for no reason at all. I was so surprised and upset by how they treated me at that store.
Clothing items for my grandchildren
The clothes I got from this company were really great quality. The customer service I got was amazing. I bought the clothes as a surprise for my grandkids, but when I got them, I wasn't sure if one would fit. So I reached out to the company by email, and I was surprised to get a response with a phone number to call back in just a few hours. When I called, I talked to a real person who was really nice and helpful. They fixed my problem quickly and didn't charge me extra for shipping. Their service is top-notch and now they're my first choice for buying stuff in the future.

I just wanted to share this awesome experience I had recently! I was on the hunt for a specific t-shirt that I just couldn't find online. So, I decided to give the store a call and boy, was I lucky! The manager who answered was super helpful and not only tracked down the shirt I was looking for but also got it shipped out to me in Florida. It was such a smooth and easy process, felt like I was right there in the store even though it was all done online. I really appreciate the top-notch customer service and the attention to detail. Huge thanks to the manager for making my shopping experience such a pleasant one!
Clothing
I found this brand when I was shopping at an outlet in Las Vegas, and I gotta say, I'm hooked now. Their clothes are super high quality and the designs are amazing. I always find myself grabbing their stuff from my closet. I also ordered some things from the UK using Borderfree, and it was a breeze. The customer service was quick and really nice, making sure my order got to me with no problems. Hopefully, this brand comes to the UK soon because I'd love to get my hands on their stuff more easily.
Sweatshirt Christmas purchase
I bought a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift, but it fell apart at the shoulder seam after one wear and a gentle wash. I contacted customer service for help, and they quickly sent me a return label. However, it's been a month since I mailed it back and they say they haven't received it. Even though I sent them pictures as proof, they won't do anything until they have the sweatshirt. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to get this sorted out.

For $170, I expected much better quality. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company because the products are just not up to par.
Clothing for my grandson

However, when I tried to start the return process online, the website was being difficult and wouldn't let me move forward.
