Oh my gosh, I snagged these really awesome life vests on sale! My old ones were seriously ancient, I've had them for like forever! So, figured it was about time for an upgrade. The shipping was crazy fast, it got to LA in a flash and both vests arrived in perfect condition. NRS gear is seriously the best, they make such top-notch products!

Bra and panties set
I bought a lingerie set from this store, and it was just alright. The quality was decent, but nothing special. What really bummed me out was the lack of customer service. I got my order, but one item was missing. I've tried emailing and chatting them several times, but haven't heard back at all. It's super annoying to drop nearly $300 and not get everything you paid for or any help when something goes wrong. Looks like I'll be returning everything and maybe even disputing the charge on my credit card. I highly recommend avoiding this store if you care about good customer service.

Misusing old profiles
I can't believe how bold this company is! A buddy of mine saw an ad for Urban Social and thought they saw someone they knew - me! It turns out, they swiped my profile from a dating site I haven't used in 15 years without asking me. Not only did they use my old picture, but they also had all my personal info still on there. Who knows how many folks have seen that and assumed it was really me on that site! That's a serious invasion of my privacy. I contacted their data protection team and I'm crossing my fingers that they'll do the right thing and take down my profile ASAP.

Quality materials, clear print
I just bought something from this company, and let me tell you, I was really impressed. The quality of the materials they used is top-notch, and the design on the product was so clear and cool. I've never felt something so soft on my bod before. I had to cancel my membership because of money stuff, but Cara, the customer service rep, helped me out super fast and gave me the best support. This company really goes the extra mile for their customers, even when someone like me stops shopping. I'll definitely come back to buy more once I have more money. Thanks to the whole team for the awesome product and amazing customer service.

5 pound cookie tin
Last year, I got this massive cookie tin from this place and let me tell ya, it was awesome! It arrived super quick and even though a few of the cookies were crumbled, they were still delicious. You could definitely tell they were made with top-notch ingredients and love. I'm definitely gonna give their Jumbo cookies and rugelach a shot next because I've heard great things about them. It's kinda wild that more folks haven't left reviews here 'cause this place is legit. I'm one satisfied customer, that's for sure!

Cancelled train vouchers
Because of COVID-19 in Italy, my train trips got canceled. I tried to get vouchers with extra perks, but I still haven't seen any of those benefits. It's been really frustrating, starting in May, with lots of emails to the agency that haven't been answered. I'm not sure if this agency is legit or if they'll actually give me the benefits they promised for taking the vouchers. They keep giving me vague answers about having to wait because they're busy. Looking back, I didn't even realize I was dealing with an agency and not the actual rail company. I wonder if anyone else has had similar issues.

I just got this backdrop for my conference calls and I love it. It brings a nice pop of color to my meetings and does a great job of covering up the chaos in the background. Even though it's obviously fake when you're up close, it looks surprisingly real on Zoom. I've been getting compliments on it all the time, some people even believe it's real brick!

But the selection from the wine specialists was a bit confusing. It was hard to find what I was looking for without clear labels or categories. Fresh produce delivery
I got a delivery of fresh produce not long ago that really let me down. The box came warm with the ice packs all warm, making everything smell funky. Plus, some plastic containers were open and stuff was all over the place because there was too much room. The four potatoes in there were not great quality - soft and tiny. This was not at all what I was expecting when I ordered.

Slippers Purchase
This shoe website has really gone downhill since it got bought out. I tried to buy a pair of slippers at 30% off, but the discount code just wouldn't cooperate. They didn't make it clear which items were excluded from the discount, so that was pretty annoying. This isn't the first time this has happened, so now I'm on the lookout for a better shoe website. And when I made a complaint, they just took me off their email list instead of actually fixing the problem. What a joke. Service is a complete dumpster fire.

Red corduroy jacket, seamless exchange for smaller size
The red corduroy jacket I bought is just so beautiful, I love it. The fabric and craftsmanship are really top-notch. Only problem was, when I got it, it was way too big for me. I was kinda worried about returning it internationally, but it ended up being super easy. The customer service folks were super helpful and walked me through the process of sending back the big jacket and getting a smaller one. The new jacket got to me really quickly, and I didn't have to pay for the return shipping, which was awesome. I'm really happy with my new jacket and super impressed with how helpful and professional the customer service team was.

Knee pain relief
My husband has been dealing with some serious knee pain, poor guy needs two knee replacements. We thought we'd give this brand's regular strength cream a shot, and it's been working wonders for him. The pain relief has been pretty noticeable, especially considering how bad his knees are. We're thinking of trying the double strength cream next to see if it works even better. Overall, we're pretty impressed with how well this product is working.

Fluoride filter for the refrigerator
I am very disappointed with the quality of the plastic used. I have had 3 of these filters. The first two burst and nearly flooded my kitchen on two separate occasions. But they both lasted for over a year. The third burst upon installation. This company uses cheap plastic and they do not respond to customer service emails. Wouldn't buy again.

Jump starter
Placed order- website said it was shipped, however, in the product tracking column there was never a tracking number issued and an e mail confirmation of the purchase was also not received. It has been almost 3 months and have not received my purchase. 99% sure I probably never will.

ME, IT IS A SCAM AND I FEEL AS THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO. NO RESPONSE VIA EMAILYou could try to get your bank to reverse the charge. Let them know you never received the product or service and/or the company will not respond to honor their warranty.
I am having a similar problem, they said they shipped it but I haven't seen it yet. I think they are scammers!
