Kugookuririn m4 pro scooter purchase
I bought the Kugookuririn m4 pro scooter a few months ago, and it suddenly stopped working after 7 months of use. I contacted the company and they told me the battery was the issue. They offered to sell me a new battery for 250€, which is half the cost of a new scooter. I wasn't happy with this solution because it seemed like a lot of money to fix a problem that happened shortly after buying the scooter. It would have been more fair if they had given me a free replacement or discounted the battery price. Overall, I was disappointed that there wasn't a better outcome.
Electric scooter
I bought an electric scooter from this place, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed! The charging points were way off, which is a big problem when you need to rely on it to get around. The design was cool, I'll admit, but if it doesn't work right, what's the point? I was more impressed by the tires though, they seemed to be really good quality.

I got this scooter off an online store, but it was a complete disaster. It didn't even work right when I first got it! I contacted customer service and they said they'd send me something to fix it, but they never did. It feels like they don't care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone - they're just a bunch of scammers!
Online order delayed but eventually received
I had ordered something online and it was supposed to be sent out on the 12th, but there was a delay for some reason. I tried to track the shipment but couldn't get any updates. So, I contacted customer service and they told me that the package would be sent out on the 22nd. Luckily, the package did arrive eventually. Even though there was an initial delay, I have to admit that my experience with this company was pretty good overall. I was satisfied with the way the original delivery went.
Electric scooter purchase
I just got my son an electric scooter and I gotta say, it came right on time and he's totally thrilled about it. We did run into a little problem with the inner tube, but the company sorted it out super quickly by sending us a replacement with no trouble at all. All in all, I'm happy with the scooter and the great customer service we got.
Affordable electric scooter
I can't figure out why folks are all bent out of shape about this product. I gotta say, my electric scooter was a solid buy. The quality is pretty good for the price, and in my opinion, it's worth every cent. Even though they don't give up much info about their address, their customer service is top-notch. I was shocked when I got the repair tools all the way from China to Switzerland, that's some impressive stuff.

I bought an e-scooter from this company not too long ago. But man, it was a mess from the get-go and I had to send it back for a refund. I've been hitting them up with emails and reminders, but it's been like two months now and still no sign of that refund or any word from them.
G2 Pro Scooter
So, I was in the market for a sweet new scooter and came across one that caught my eye on this website. I went ahead and placed my order, but then I got a message from them saying they were out of stock on that specific model. I was kinda disappointed, but then they hit me up saying they could hook me up with a better model at no extra cost! A few days later, my upgraded scooter arrived and it's been amazing. The customer service was top-notch and the delivery was crazy fast. I definitely suggest checking out this place!
Replacement battery purchased
I gave AOVO all the details for the replacement battery I needed, but they sent me the wrong one. Not only did it take forever to show up, but when I tried to send it back, they said they couldn't take it. It's super annoying and disappointing to spend £100 on something I can't even use. I definitely won't be coming back to AOVO again.
Laptop purchase
My time at this place was amazing! I got a laptop and Cindy was so helpful throughout the whole process. She was really nice and quick to answer all my questions. There was a small mistake with my order, but Cindy fixed it immediately. I will definitely shop here again. Thank you, Cindy!
E-scooter purchase
As someone who just bought something from this company, I have to say that I was pretty disappointed. The e-scooter I got was a fake, not the real deal like I thought. It took forever to ship, and I couldn't even track it until it was at my door. And then, when I finally rode it, the clamp for the handlebars kept coming loose, which was super dangerous. The app that came with it wasn't even the right one for the scooter brand, it was for smart home stuff, which just made things even more confusing. I wish I had looked into it more before buying it.

I was so happy with how fast and well your customer service team fixed my problem. They really listened to me and fixed it right away. Most companies don't care much about feedback, so I was impressed by how responsive yours was.

Electric scooter bought for Christmas
I got an electric scooter for Christmas and it ended up being a big problem 'cause the folding clip broke while I was riding and I took a fall. The pins that connect the handle came loose, too. I've been trying to reach customer service by email and messenger chat several times, but haven't heard anything back. The service after the sale is seriously lacking and I'm pretty disappointed.
Scooter battery problem

Scooter X9 Plus malfunction
I just bought the Scooter X9 Plus from this company and it came with a problem. The front and rear brake discs were off-center, causing issues with the tire rotation and making a loud squealing noise. I emailed their customer support, but never heard back. I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed by this whole situation.
Electric scooter spare part replacement
I had to get a new part for my electric scooter because it was broken. I contacted customer service for help, and I was really happy with how quickly they got back to me. They asked for more details and walked me through sending pictures to make sure I got the right part. I was thrilled when AOVO not only sent me the replacement part for free, but also covered the shipping costs.
