Electric scooter
I gotta tell ya, I am super impressed with the customer service at this company. I got myself an electric scooter that ran like a dream for a few months, but then I started having some problems with the controller and the folding system. I decided to reach out to customer service, and man, they went above and beyond. They not only sent me replacement parts in a jiffy, but they also took care of all the costs. The folks on the other end of the line were so nice and knew their stuff, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. I'm really grateful for the top-notch customer service I got.

So, I was in the market for a sweet new scooter and came across one that caught my eye on this website. I was kinda disappointed, but then they hit me up saying they could hook me up with a better model at no extra cost! A few days later, my upgraded scooter arrived and it's been amazing. I had to get a new part for my electric scooter because it was broken. I contacted customer service for help, and I was really happy with how quickly they got back to me. Affordable electric scooter
I can't figure out why folks are all bent out of shape about this product. I gotta say, my electric scooter was a solid buy. The quality is pretty good for the price, and in my opinion, it's worth every cent. Even though they don't give up much info about their address, their customer service is top-notch. I was shocked when I got the repair tools all the way from China to Switzerland, that's some impressive stuff.
E-scooter purchase
I bought an e-scooter from this company not too long ago. But man, it was a mess from the get-go and I had to send it back for a refund. I've been hitting them up with emails and reminders, but it's been like two months now and still no sign of that refund or any word from them.

I was really happy with the customer service I got from this company. The people I talked to were super friendly and always ready to help out with any questions I had. Electric scooter bought for Christmas
I got an electric scooter for Christmas and it ended up being a big problem 'cause the folding clip broke while I was riding and I took a fall. The pins that connect the handle came loose, too. I've been trying to reach customer service by email and messenger chat several times, but haven't heard anything back. The service after the sale is seriously lacking and I'm pretty disappointed.
