Oh my gosh, I finally got the charger I needed for my scooter! I tried like three times on Amazon and couldn't find the right one. But AOVO came through for me! Thank you so much!
Electric scooter bought for Christmas
I got an electric scooter for Christmas and it ended up being a big problem 'cause the folding clip broke while I was riding and I took a fall. The pins that connect the handle came loose, too. I've been trying to reach customer service by email and messenger chat several times, but haven't heard anything back. The service after the sale is seriously lacking and I'm pretty disappointed.
Scooter battery problem
My scooter battery was acting up, but Cindy really came through and helped me out. She definitely knew what she was doing and patiently answered all of my questions. Huge thanks to Cindy for going above and beyond!

Scooter X9 Plus malfunction
I just bought the Scooter X9 Plus from this company and it came with a problem. The front and rear brake discs were off-center, causing issues with the tire rotation and making a loud squealing noise. I emailed their customer support, but never heard back. I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed by this whole situation.
Electric scooter spare part replacement
I had to get a new part for my electric scooter because it was broken. I contacted customer service for help, and I was really happy with how quickly they got back to me. They asked for more details and walked me through sending pictures to make sure I got the right part. I recently bought an electric scooter from AOVO, and it's been a mess. After just a week, the battery started acting up while I was riding - the power would just shut off randomly which is dangerous. Hey, so I bought this really awesome scooter from here, and let me tell you, it's amazing! I can ride it all over my neighborhood and feel like a boss. But there's this tiny problem - the valve stem on the tires seems to be broken. I can't pump air into it, which really sucks. Besides that, though, this scooter is the best!
