I still don’t have the bike — it showed up damaged. I first saw it on their website and even told a coworker to look. Support replied fast, but two weeks later no working bike yet.
Mostly good, with a snag
I liked the staff — friendly and knew their stuff, but delivery was a bit slow and the tracking info vague. Ordering site was easy though. Mark was helpful, so shoutout to him. I'd buy again but expect delays
Practical swap

Really happy with the bike and the process, solid build and clear guidance. I ordered and financed online two weeks ago; first ride impressed me. Delivery was on time, support helpful, small setup tweak.

I almost talked myself out of buying this Ribble—too many blogs, too many specs—then I caved. It arrived neatly packed from overseas, bike basically perfect, just a tiny scuff on the frame I barely care about. Packing clearly does its job. Wish the assembly guide was a bit clearer, but overall happy I pulled the trigger.

the frame feels solid and the shifting is crisp once I tweaked the derailleur. I got stuck on one small part — my fault — so I messaged customer support; they replied fast and clear and fixed it. Now it's a real joy to ride.
Sizing worked, timing didn't
the site says 5–10 days but my dispatch date is 23 days out. I think the wait will probably be worth it and I'm a little excited to ride it, but that longer lead time should've been clear before checkout. Simple fix would be model-specific dispatch windows or a clear notice when builds take longer. Solid, helpful support, just follow-through on timelines would make this a clean five-star experience.
First real good feeling
product-wise, it mostly delivers what I wanted; assembly is doable but could be clearer; customer service handling of the voucher situation needs major improvement. I'm content with the bike itself but not with the follow-up.
Electric assist bike purchase
I recently got a new electric assist bike and I have to say, it's been really impressive so far. It's just what I needed - I like to work up a sweat but sometimes I could use a little push, especially on those tough hills. Even though it looks like a gravel bike, this electric assist one has made a world of difference for me. I can ride for much longer without getting tired out. Now I can go on biking adventures with my partner that last over 3 hours, something I couldn't do before. The only downside was waiting for it to arrive, but on the bright side, it came a whole month earlier than I expected! I've got to give props to the company for their great service and awesome color choices for the bike.
CGR Al e purchase
I just bought the CGR AL e model from the Birmingham showroom. The customer service folks were super helpful and really made the whole process smooth and easy. It was a nice surprise when the bike showed up earlier than expected. Putting it together was a breeze and the parts are all really high quality. I went with the Enthusiast model with the Shimano 105 12-speed set up, and I gotta say, I'm loving how the bike rides. The gears switch smoothly and accurately, which makes for a really awesome biking experience.
Touch up color for hybrid electric bike
I stopped by the showroom the other day and was really impressed with how helpful the staff was. I was able to find the perfect touch up color for my hybrid electric bike, which I've had for about 4 years now. It was just what I needed to touch up some scratches and keep my bike looking sharp. They had a nice variety of products to choose from and the staff really knew their stuff and were super friendly.

The people working at this store were really great! They went out of their way to help me set up a test ride on short notice, and even hooked me up with the perfect clipless pedals. After my ride, they guided me through the whole purchasing process, which made it a lot simpler. While the website looked user-friendly if I had tried it on my own, they made it even more convenient by taking control of the computer for me!

I had a problem with the back hub bearing on my electric bike and decided to contact Ribble Cycles customer service. They were super helpful and knew their stuff, sending me a link to the specific tool I needed to do the fix on my own. Their fast response saved me time and cash, and with their guidance, I was able to sort out the repair easily. I definitely suggest Ribble Cycles for their top-notch customer service and knowledge in the cycling world.
Hybrid bike
I was so pumped to finally order my hybrid bike! The whole ordering thing was decent, but nothing to write home about. Checking out the showroom in Birmingham was cool, but the online process was a bit meh. Figuring out the Cycle to Work order was a headache - not sure if it was Ribble's fault or vivup's fault. And the 3-6 week delivery time is a bit of a bummer, hoping it comes sooner rather than later. I'll keep you posted on how the bike is once it finally shows up and I get to take it for a spin.
Customized bike order delivery
I just ordered a custom bike from this company and I have to say, it was super easy and straightforward. The website was easy to use and I could pick and customize my bike just the way I wanted. New bike purchase
My recent trip to this store was amazing! The staff there were so friendly, chill, and really knew their stuff. It made it super easy for me to pick out something I love that's both affordable and cool-looking. I really valued the top-notch service from the team, it definitely made my shopping experience awesome. It would be the cherry on top for me if I could get the bike in four weeks because I have a cycling trip planned in five weeks in France, so having the bike by then would be perfect to enjoy it to the max. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I got from this store.
E-bike purchase
I got this e-bike that is just so well-crafted, the paint job on it is absolutely stunning. Surprisingly, it was delivered a couple of months earlier than I was expecting. However, setting it up has been a bit of a struggle. The wires for the d12 gearing from the battery in the seat post keep falling out when I try to put them in the down tube. I've tried using electrical tape, duct tape, and even parcel tape to secure them, but they all failed because of the grease. My latest attempt involves using silicon mastic, so hopefully that does the trick. Despite the gear issues, I've still been able to take it out for 2 rides around Cardiff Bay and up to Penarth on the Zigzag path. The rides were awesome, but I definitely need to get the gears sorted out before I can fully enjoy it.
Bikes to work scheme purchase
I just used the bikes to work scheme and the staff was really helpful. But I was bummed when I found out the pro model of the gravel bike I wanted wasn't available right after I got my voucher. So I had to pick between the basic model and the top of the line one, which is why I gave it 4 stars.
