I knew I’d be happy with the bike once the hanger was straightened and the shifting finally worked right on my usual commute. It rides really well, thankfully, but it arrived needing a $25 repair. Being told to drive three hours round trip to a store after spending nearly $3,000 felt pretty unreasonable.
Saw it at Bluewater, left convinced
