    My experience with the customer service team at Ribble Cycles was outstanding. Working with Victoria and Shannon was a pleasure as they were super knowledgeable and helpful with my cycle to work scheme purchase. They were quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect bike. It was clear that they truly cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase and had all the info I needed. Their professionalism and commitment to great customer service really impressed me. It's great to see a company that puts customer satisfaction first and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a positive shopping experience. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I got from Ribble Cycles and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for cycling gear or support.

    E-bike purchase

    I got this e-bike that is just so well-crafted, the paint job on it is absolutely stunning. Surprisingly, it was delivered a couple of months earlier than I was expecting. However, setting it up has been a bit of a struggle. The wires for the d12 gearing from the battery in the seat post keep falling out when I try to put them in the down tube. I've tried using electrical tape, duct tape, and even parcel tape to secure them, but they all failed because of the grease. My latest attempt involves using silicon mastic, so hopefully that does the trick. Despite the gear issues, I've still been able to take it out for 2 rides around Cardiff Bay and up to Penarth on the Zigzag path. The rides were awesome, but I definitely need to get the gears sorted out before I can fully enjoy it.

    I've been enjoying ordering from Ribble for about a year and a half now and I've gotten three bikes and lots of parts from them. Every time I place an order, everything goes smoothly with no issues. The folks at the Clitheroe store have been super helpful in getting me all set up and explaining everything about Ribble products. It can be a little tricky to get ahold of customer service through chat or email, but at least there's a phone option. The prices on their mid to high-end bikes are really good, especially when you compare them to other brands. I've also gotten some awesome deals on components during their sales. Overall, Ribble has made it really enjoyable for me to dive into the world of cycling and try out different setups for different types of terrain.

    Gravel bike rush order

    My experience with Ribble was amazing. I needed a gravel bike quickly for an upcoming Easter break, and the staff really came through to make sure my order was rushed through the build and quality checks. Even though there was a delay in delivery to the UK, Nickie from Ribble worked hard to get my bike to me on time. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. Not only was the service excellent, but the bike itself went above and beyond my expectations. My wife, who the bike was actually for, absolutely adores it. Thanks to Ribble's exceptional service and top-quality products, they've gained a loyal customer in me.

    Hybrid bike

    I was so pumped to finally order my hybrid bike! The whole ordering thing was decent, but nothing to write home about. Checking out the showroom in Birmingham was cool, but the online process was a bit meh. Figuring out the Cycle to Work order was a headache - not sure if it was Ribble's fault or vivup's fault. And the 3-6 week delivery time is a bit of a bummer, hoping it comes sooner rather than later. I'll keep you posted on how the bike is once it finally shows up and I get to take it for a spin.

    I just ordered a custom bike from this company and I have to say, it was super easy and straightforward. The website was easy to use and I could pick and customize my bike just the way I wanted. What really impressed me was the great customer service from Ribble. Instead of talking to a robot, I actually got to chat with a real person who knew their stuff.     I recently bought a bike on sale from this store and it was an awesome experience. I found a really good deal that I just couldn't resist. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the offer but I went ahead and made the purchase anyway. And I'm so glad I did! Ribble Cycles totally came through and went above and beyond my expectations. The bike showed up in just 4 days after I ordered it, which really showed me their dedication to quick service.     Mountain Bike with Assistance from Staff

    My experience at Ribble Cycles was really good. The staff, whether it was chatting online or in person at the Cribbs Causeway store, were super helpful and knew their stuff. It was nice to be able to check out the bike in person before making up my mind. But I was bummed to find out that I couldn't test ride the bike at the Bristol store when I got there. I live a two-hour drive away in the South West, so going all the way to Clitheroe for a test ride just isn't realistic with an 11/12-hour round trip.

    Good price and fast delivery

    I just bought something online and was really happy with the great price and how fast it was shipped out. But, I messed up typing in my address during checkout which caused a little mix-up because my shipping address was different. Luckily, the customer service team caught it and gave me a call to double-check everything. All in all, it was a really good experience and I would totally suggest using their services.

    Bikes to work scheme purchase

    I just used the bikes to work scheme and the staff was really helpful. But I was bummed when I found out the pro model of the gravel bike I wanted wasn't available right after I got my voucher. So I had to pick between the basic model and the top of the line one, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

    Reduced price item with expensive postage

    My experience with that online store was pretty good. I got a nice deal on something I bought recently, and it showed up in good shape. But, man, the shipping cost almost as much as the item did! It would have been nicer if they covered some of that postage, especially on something small like a seatpost, you know?

    Ribble Gravel AL

    Ordered a bike from Ribble in August of 2021, was originally told the dispatch date would be November of 2021. As of today--after at least 8 changes to the date with no communication or explanation--the dispatch date is now the end of September 2022. If I had known this was going to take over a year for my order to be fulfilled, I would never have ordered the bike in the first place.

    Customer Service is always slow to respond (5+ business days/inquiry), generally vague, unwilling to discuss alternative options, and dismissive of complaints. I often get met with things like "we'll check on that and get back to you tomorrow or next week at the latest". Spoiler alert: they never make good on those promises either, unless you go leave negative feedback on their social media account--then they'll at least acknowledge you exist.

    Bear in mind, this company accepts payments UP FRONT--so I've been out thousands of dollars for a year with no bike to show for it. Bottom line: approach this company with EXTREME caution, in my experience they cannot be relied upon, are misleading and untrustworthy, and generally do not care about you as a customer.

    Best budget-oriented bicycles to buy

    Ribble cycles is great alternative for great purchases if you are considering to get some great offers.
    Their is a sense of affordability and easyness with buying ribble cycles . It has been a great experience with them.
