Battery operated items
I gotta say, I was really let down by the battery-operated stuff I bought. Right off the bat, both items were total duds, and it really got on my nerves. So, I reached out to customer service to talk about it, and their response was pretty disheartening. They didn't seem too concerned about the quality of their products – all they cared about was if I wanted a refund or a replacement. That kinda makes me wonder if this company is legit at all, and honestly, I'm not too sure I'll even get that refund.

I just bought a wireless mouse from this company, and man, it's been nothing but problems. Ordering was easy peasy, but the service I got was meh. Thought the price was decent, but the product itself isn't worth it. And the delivery? Don't even get me started. Supposed to be express, but my package is MIA. The tracking info they gave me is useless, just making me mad and let down.

I was really impressed with how fast they acted and how they made sure to fix the problem. The new scale is working great, and I'm thankful for their awesome customer service.

E-bike purchase
I got this e-bike that is just so well-crafted, the paint job on it is absolutely stunning. Surprisingly, it was delivered a couple of months earlier than I was expecting. However, setting it up has been a bit of a struggle. The wires for the d12 gearing from the battery in the seat post keep falling out when I try to put them in the down tube. I've tried using electrical tape, duct tape, and even parcel tape to secure them, but they all failed because of the grease. My latest attempt involves using silicon mastic, so hopefully that does the trick. Despite the gear issues, I've still been able to take it out for 2 rides around Cardiff Bay and up to Penarth on the Zigzag path. The rides were awesome, but I definitely need to get the gears sorted out before I can fully enjoy it.

Extended warranty for car transmission
I got this extended warranty for my car's transmission from this company, thinking it would give me peace of mind in case something went wrong. But then when my transmission actually broke down, they said I didn't do the right maintenance and denied my claim. It was so frustrating because I always took my car to the dealership for maintenance, so their excuse didn't make sense. I had to pay out of pocket to fix the transmission, and now I feel like I wasted my money on the warranty. When I tried to cancel the policy, they made it really difficult, which just added to my frustration. I was really disappointed with their service and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Recent fabric purchase
I recently bought stuff from this fabric store and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. They got a great selection of fabrics, that's for sure, but that's pretty much where the good stuff ends. I kept ordering fabrics that were supposedly in stock, only to find out later they weren't. Super frustrating and feels like a lie. Their customer service is a big disappointment too. When something goes wrong, they don't seem to care one bit. They messed up my order and I had to pay way too much in shipping – almost triple the cost of the fabric itself. When I complained, all they offered was a ten dollar discount, which barely made a dent in the pricey shipping fee. And don't even get me started on their slow response time – it took them three weeks to get back to me. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Clothes for holiday
I recently bought some clothes for a trip I have coming up, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. The whole ordering process was easy and smooth, and I liked being able to keep track of my package the whole time it was on its way to me. It arrived right on schedule, and the clothes were even better quality than I was expecting. They have this nice lycra material that has a lot of stretch, although I did make the mistake of ordering a size up. Even so, they still look really good and I can't wait to wear them on my trip.
