Slippers for myself and my teen daughter
These slippers are so cute and really well-made. I got them in different colors for my daughter and me, and we both love them. The design is adorable and the materials are top quality. If you want stylish and comfy footwear, I definitely recommend these slippers.
As for the shipping, I ordered them on December 1st and got them on December 15th. It took a bit longer than I hoped, but with all the shipping craziness during the holidays, I totally get it. And let me tell you about the customer service - wow! When my order wasn't showing up on the tracking site, I emailed them. I was surprised to get responses within a few hours, even on weekends. They kept me updated and reassured me when the tracking info was wonky. Despite the confusion, I really appreciate how fast they responded and helped me out.Light purple shoes
I just bought a pair of light purple shoes from your company and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went down. Lightweight and comfortable shoes
I just got these shoes this morning and I gotta say, I'm really happy with my purchase. They're so light that I can wear them for hours without feeling like my feet are dragging. They're a bit loose, but they're still comfy and give my feet good support. I'm super satisfied with my buy and would definitely suggest these shoes to anyone who wants something comfortable and lightweight.
Slip-resistant work shoes
These work shoes are seriously comfortable and give amazing support for those long hours on your feet. Only downside is they tend to squeak pretty loud, which can be kind of embarrassing at work. Still, I love these shoes so much that I went ahead and got a second pair hoping they won't be as noisy. The comfort and support they offer totally make them worth the money.
Comfortable Colorful sock walking shoes
Oh my gosh, these Colorful sock walking shoes are seriously the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! I put them on every day for my two-mile walk, and it's like walking on clouds. Plus, they're super cute and match perfectly with all my clothes. I absolutely love them!
Boots purchase
I bought some boots awhile back, but they ended up arriving super late, like a whole month after I ordered them! And to top it off, they were made of cheap fake leather from China, not the real deal like I was expecting. When I tried reaching out to customer service, it took them forever to get back to me. Plus, their refund policy only gives you 5 days after getting the boots to return them - so not cool!
Comfortable lightweight shoes
I was so happy when my mom gave me these super comfy and light shoes as a gift. They are seriously the best shoes I've ever had on my feet - not only are they comfy, but the soles keep me from slipping and they look cute too. I can tell these shoes are high quality and I'll definitely be buying more down the line. Thanks, mom!
Large tote bag purchase
I'm really happy I took a risk on this bag! It's so cute and spacious enough to fit all my things. The material seems really durable, like it won't fall apart after a few uses. The only drawback is the smell - it's a weird combo of chemicals and new plastic. But I'm sure it'll fade over time.
Overdue order
I'm really upset about my experience with this company. I ordered weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. Plus, I keep getting asked to review an order I haven't even received yet. The status on my order hasn't changed in over two weeks - it says a shipping label was made but nothing has happened since. This lack of communication and transparency is not okay. It makes me wonder if this company is even legit and if I'll ever get my order.
4 weeks late
I ordered my stuff way back on November 1st and I still haven't received it. I've reached out to them through email like 3 times now and haven't heard anything back - no tracking number, nothing. It's making me second-guess whether I got scammed or what. Ugh.
Online purchase delay
My recent online purchase took forever to get to me! I ordered it back on January 3rd and it was shipped out by YunExpress. But even after getting seven updates, all it said was that it arrived at their facility on January 11th. It took them a whole 8 days before handing it off to USPS for the final delivery. This whole thing was so frustrating! It made me start to doubt whether YunExpress is a good choice for shipping partners or if they and AKK are cutting corners to save money instead of focusing on keeping customers happy.
Snow boots purchase
I bought a couple of snow boots from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty bummed with how they turned out. They felt more like flimsy house slippers than actual snow boots. The material was really thin, and there's no way they would have held up in an Ohio winter.
Order tracking delays
My order has been stuck in the "Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item" status for 14 days already. It's the second time I've been asked to leave a review before getting my order. It's annoying to be asked for feedback when I don't even have the product yet. Can you please sync up the review requests with the actual delivery?
Shoe purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes from Akk's website as a customer. I was really excited at first, but when I got the shoes, they looked totally different from the picture. On top of that, they had a strong toxic smell coming from them, so I couldn't even wear them. Not only were the shoes bad quality, but it also took forever for them to arrive - almost a whole month. The shipping status was unclear for a long time too. When I tried to reach out to customer service for help, they were not much of a help at all and it was really frustrating. Overall, my experience with this purchase was really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
Small and unreasonable product sizing
I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company. Their product sizes run small and their return/exchange policy is really unfair. You have to pay to ship it back, cover the return shipping costs, pay a $5 processing fee, and it can take up to 5 business days for the whole thing. So you end up with no product and no refund.
Boots purchase
I ordered some boots a while ago, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't gotten them. I reached out through email to ask about my order, so now we wait to see if they actually bother to reply. Gotta say, not too happy with their service and the lack of communication. Just wanted to let you know.
Brown "leather" messenger style purse
I just got this brown "leather" messenger purse with a leopard strap from the store. It looks really cute, but I gotta say, it's not the most practical. My biggest problem with it is that there's no way to close up the top of the bag. I was hoping for at least a magnetic closure to keep my stuff from spilling out. There's a zip pocket inside, but the main part of the bag stays wide open, making it kind of a hassle.
