Mother jeans purchase
I just got these jeans from the store and man, I was not impressed with the quality. They started sagging after a few times wearing them, and it was pretty shocking how fast they lost their shape. I paid a good amount for these jeans so I expected better. I really liked how they looked, but I had to take them to a tailor to get them fixed to keep them looking good. It was an extra expense and hassle I wasn't expecting. Overall, I was not happy with my purchase from this brand.

iPhone screen assembly and tool kit purchase
After I checked out the website and found it super easy to use, I ended up buying an iPhone screen assembly and a tool kit. And get this, my order showed up a whole day earlier than I thought it would! I have to admit, I was kinda doubting the quality of the stuff because the prices were so good, but when I got my hands on them, I was pleasantly surprised by how great they were. The iPhone screen assembly, marked as OEM Refurb with small parts, was even better than I expected. And the little tool kit that came with it was top-notch too. I gotta say, I'm really happy with my order and I'll definitely be using Digital Supply again for any of my tech repair needs.

I recently had to send something back to an online store because it didn't fit right. My package ended up getting lost in the mail, but I emailed customer service about it. They got back to me within a day and took care of refunding my money right away. Dealing with them was super easy and they were great at keeping me in the loop. Awesome customer service all around!

Poor quality merchandise, bad return policy
As a customer at this store, I was really disappointed with the quality of the stuff I bought. The clothes were cheaply made and fell apart after just a few wears. And the return policy was even worse. I had to return my purchase within 14 days and only got store credit back, not a refund to my card. It was a hassle and left me annoyed and unhappy with my shopping trip. Plus, the customer service was not great. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you want good stuff and good service. It's just not worth it.

I just gotta say, ordering from this company was a total nightmare. I bought something on 10/15 and didn't get any email or updates on my order. I tried contacting customer service several times, but got no reply. It's like they disappeared once they got my money. Custom clear aligners
I just got some custom clear aligners from this company, and man, I gotta say, their customer service was a huge letdown. Everything started off real smooth and easy when I was placing my order, got quick replies to all my questions. But as soon as I had problems with the aligners fitting right, it all went downhill. I tried reaching out several times about the fit, but all I got back were these automated responses asking for pictures. Even after I sent the pics, I didn't get any real help or fixes for the problem. The lack of personal attention and the slow responses left me feeling pretty annoyed and disappointed with how everything went down.

Appliance repair service
I recently had to wait 30 days for my appliance to get fixed, and the company didn't even bother keeping me in the loop during that time. I only found out that my Maytag washer couldn't be fixed because they no longer made the part when I checked on my repair status. So basically, I've been paying for their services for ten years and ended up with no repair or replacement. I suggest not wasting your money on their premiums and just saving up in your own emergency fund. It's a bummer that they didn't bother to communicate or be upfront with me throughout this whole process.
