    Nintendo purchase

    I purchased a Nintendo from this store, but it took so long to ship, like an eternity. I reached out to them, and all they did was send a shipping label to FedEx, but my item still hasn't been shipped. It's been forever, and I'm still waiting on my Nintendo. This store is a complete scam, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them!

    Wired Gaming Mouse

    I recently had a frustrating experience with my order from this company. I contacted them four times through chat about an order I made on September 1st, but kept getting the same generic response. They blamed the warehouse moving, which seemed to be a problem for other customers too. Today, I finally got a shipment notification, but the lack of communication and delays really bothered me. The only good thing was they gave me an 8% discount as a small apology for the inconvenience.

    Subwoofer cables purchase

    I bought two subwoofer cables from this store that were supposed to be CL2 rated for in-wall installation in new construction projects. But when I got them, I saw that even though the packaging said they were CL2 rated, there was nothing on the actual cables to confirm that. This has caused problems with my inspector, who wants me to get new cables that are clearly labeled as CL2 rated. I'm really frustrated by the false advertising from this store and the trouble and extra money it's caused me.

    Discounted items order

    So, here's what went down - I made an order for some things that were on sale, but man, what a letdown. It was on 9/2/21, and they told me my stuff would be shipped out ASAP. But then, I had to hit them up twice for updates, and found out through an email that my things were actually out of stock until 10/10/21. Like come on, I've ordered this before and got it in 10 days, so what gives? It's a bummer they didn't bother to give me a heads up about the stock issue. And on top of that, now I see they're selling the same stuff I ordered at full price online. Just all around awful communication and lack of transparency. Looks like it's time for me to find a new place to get my business supplies.

    Hey, listen, I really don't have the time to go on and on about how awesome Monoprice is, but I just gotta say - they have some amazing products at prices you can't beat. The headphones I got are top-notch and the HDMI cables are working perfectly. I've never had any problems with anything I've bought from them, and their customer service is always super helpful. Honestly, why bother shopping anywhere else when Monoprice has everything you need?

    Guitar and speaker cab

    I picked up a guitar and a speaker cab from this place. The speaker cab was really cool because it came with 2 free speakers. I tried out a bunch of different amps with it, and the sound was fantastic! The guitar was also a great deal. It had smooth frets with no rough edges, and the P90s sounded really good. It played well as soon as I took it out of the box.

    My experience with this company has been a total nightmare. I bought a monitor, but they sent me an old phone cable instead. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and won't give me a refund. It's really disappointing to see a company that was once reliable act this way. Now I'm stuck waiting for a Paypal dispute to hopefully get my money back. It's just shameful how this company I used to trust has let me down.

    Dark Matter 34in Curved Ultrawide Gaming Monitor

    I gotta say, my time dealing with this company hasn't been great. I got an email saying the item I bought in July isn't in stock anymore, even though they said it would be in November. It's frustrating to have my money held up for so long just to find out last minute that they can't give me the product. And on top of that, I never heard back from their escalations team when I asked for help. It seems like they just want to look good by saying they'll fix things, but they don't actually follow through.

    The cables I bought were okay, but it took way too long for them to ship out. I even paid extra for faster shipping and it still felt like it took forever. This delay really messed up my projects and gave me a ton of headaches. And on top of all that, when I tried to reach out to customer service for help, I didn't get any response at all. Really disappointed in the terrible customer service and how long it took to get my order.

    Oh man, I wanted to cancel my order but Monoprice only allowed me to do a return. They told me to ship it all the way to California and pay more than $100 for shipping - not happening! I ended up just keeping the item and when I tried to share my experience on their site, they removed my review. So tricky!

    As a long-time customer of your business, I am really disappointed with how my recent orders have been handled. Even though I have been a VIP member for over ten years, my orders placed at the end of August still haven't been shipped as of September 22nd. This has caused me to lose a lot of money for my business. The lack of communication about the delays and not being able to give me a clear answer on when my orders will be shipped is not okay. Customer service has not been helpful and they keep giving me the runaround. I have no choice but to cancel all my pending orders with your company at this point. This level of service is not acceptable and it has had a big impact on my business.

    I bought a stereo cable from this company, but when I tried using it, one end didn't work when I plugged it in. I contacted customer service, who said they'd send me a replacement because I've been a customer for a while. However, they didn't pay enough attention and didn't understand my messages, so it was really frustrating. Even though I told them I moved, they said they couldn't update the address for an order that was less than 6 months old.

    Security breach on recent purchase

    I'm really upset that my security got breached after buying something on this site. It's scary to think my credit card info might've been stolen because of shopping here. It's worrying that this sort of thing has happened before, showing that the system might not be very secure. Shutting down the website for an investigation doesn't make me feel any better about the security here. From now on, I'll definitely be more careful when shopping online and making sure my personal info is protected.
