Review about: Sonder
Sonder experience
My recent stay at this place was a huge letdown. A week after I left, I got an email saying I was getting charged for a wrecked sofa, even though we hardly even sat on it. This seemed sketchy because they didn't show any proof.<br>Plus, I asked for early check-in a bunch of times due to tech issues, but still had to wait when I got there. The furniture in the room was falling apart, like a broken table that looked like it was glued back together poorly.<br>On top of that, even though we booked a room with a view of the famous building, we could only see it if we squished our faces against the window at just the right angle. The misleading info and lack of honesty about the perks really ticked me off.<br>I won't be coming back to stay here again.

Household and grocery items
My experience with this store has been pretty terrible. I've had a lot of issues with my orders - things being sent to the wrong place, stuff showing up damaged or melted, and even getting the wrong items altogether. The quality control and customer service here are seriously lacking. It feels like they aren't paying attention to the details or really caring about getting things right. It's also a bummer that they don't always have fresh stuff available. Some of the products seem old or freezer burned. Dealing with customer service has been a headache too. I've had to reach out multiple times, getting bounced around to call centers in different countries and spending a lot of time on hold. It's been super frustrating. Overall, shopping here has been a drag and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Overpriced garbage
I really thought Betabrand was a reputable company, but man, was I way off. The stuff I got from them was just terrible quality, definitely not worth the big bucks I shelled out. And forget about customer service, it's like they don't even exist - never got a response to any of my emails or messages. I feel like I got totally ripped off, definitely won't be giving them another chance.

Staff picks
My experience with this company has been up and down for a while now, but today's delivery was the last straw. I've been with them for three years, but after getting my latest order, I'm just so disappointed. They say their staff picks are carefully chosen, but it seems like they're just giving out the stuff no one else wants. Out of the 12 bottles I got, only two or three were actually good. It's obvious to me that their staff picks have gone downhill, and I don't think I can give them another chance.

Let me tell you, Bergdorf Goodman seriously jacks up the prices on their stuff. I mean, yeah, it's good quality and all, but come on, it's not that amazing. I don't get how they can charge so much when you can get the same stuff way cheaper somewhere else. It's like they think they're better than everyone else just cause they have a fancy store.

Advanced payment for a lost package
After I made an early payment for my order, things went downhill when my package got lost. Let me tell you, the customer service folks didn't seem too bothered about fixing the issue, which left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. I mean, come on, it's not cool for a company to just brush off customer problems, especially when it's something as serious as a lost package. This whole ordeal has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't be coming back as a customer in the future.

Shampoo bar; conditioner bar
Shampoo and conditioner bar arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged. (Viori then emailed me a discount valid only on a first purchase, which was annoying! ) First use really did seem to leave my hair feeling soft and strong... but also dried out the ends so badly that they were a frizzled mess! Not sure whether to continue using to see whether other claims are true. Maybe if I also finish with hair oil to compensate! This was their type recommended for dry hair, but I think anyone with dry hair should probably avoid it.

I ordered pajamas from Kidshoo on September 30, 2020. I have not received the items and it is November 8, 2020. After reaching out to them via email 3 times and calling the customer service number I have not heard from anyone regarding the status of my order. I do not recommend ordering from this site.
I ordered to pairs of boys PJ's. Way to small and poor quality.. E-mailed them 8 times and still have not given me a return address and my refund.. Do not purchase anything from this company
I placed the order also for Pink Monkey back in October and never received it from them and I placed a phone call and all you get is a recording I would not recommend this company for No One neither

I placed an order at the early part of April 2021; I received an email on april 12th indicating my order was on it's way; I have continually checked the UPS tracking number and as of today, April 28th, a label has been created but nothing has been received by UPS for shipping. How long does it take? I am very dissatisfied by this kind of customer service.
