The team at this company, they were just awesome to work with! I gotta say, Vida and Alex were who I kept in touch with the most during the whole thing. I'm a bit of a worrier, so I messaged them a bunch to make sure everything was good. They were so patient and quick to respond, keeping me updated and giving me advice throughout. We talked about the design of my custom engagement ring and they even helped me with the DHL shipping stuff. Seriously, total pros. The whole thing went so smoothly and I couldn't be happier with how the ring turned out. I know I'll be coming back to this company for all my jewelry needs. Definitely recommend them!

My partner and I were able to customize our engagement rings and they turned out amazing! His ring is a blend of rose and white gold with a black rhodium finish, and mine is a yellow gold ring with a beautiful moss agate gem. We are absolutely thrilled with how they came out. The customer service was excellent and they really helped us navigate through all the little details we were unsure about. We were so happy with our experience that we even decided to get our wedding bands from them as well. We are looking forward to customizing those too!

I recently bought a custom engagement ring and was kinda let down by how it turned out. My partner loved it and said yes, but the stone didn't really look like the picture online. In some light, it looked dull and gray, and though it sparkled in certain lighting, it was way darker than I thought it would be. Overall, the ring didn't look like what I was hoping for in terms of the stone's appearance.

Beautiful ring, disappointing delivery
The ring is absolutely beautiful, just what I was looking for. But man, the delivery was a mess. The company's chosen carrier was a total disaster - didn't follow any of my instructions and caused major delays. It's too bad, 'cause everything else was awesome.
Fiancé purchased my engagement ring here
The customer service was immovable, impersonal, and cold when trying to resolve issues that arose. Their communication regarding our issue was quite dismissive and failed to offer any accountability or compromise... and writing off everything to things outside their control. It was a simple issue and their process made it clear that they are unconcerned with the person. It demonstrated an all too common failure among businesses... a failure to remember that you are serving and collaborating with people who are coming to you to purchase an item to commemorate the best of times and the worst of times (in moments of loss)... and that shortsighted focus on profit to the absolute exclusion of the people, the human beings you are working with is really disheartening and unsettling. The quality and policy issues were a concern, but their aloof and unaccountable approach is really what made the experience feel terrible and callous.
Practically speaking: the quality was not as expected. It appeared, in person, more like fancy costume jewelry than fine jewelry to commemorate a special occasion. The photos as seen on the site also fail to provide ample and accurate profiles of the ring, which is really important!
