I was really looking forward to wearing my necklace with my name on it, but when it arrived, my name was misspelled. I contacted them for a refund, but they haven't responded yet, and it's been a long time. Their communication is terrible, and it's making me really upset.

Oh wow, this necklace is really something else - it's so beautiful and unique!
