Custom bag in wrong colors
I ordered this custom bag from the company, but when it showed up, it was all in different colors than what I asked for. So, I got in touch with customer service thinking I could send it back and get the right colors, but they told me no returns and that I had to live with their mistake. I was really let down by how they handled the situation and how they wouldn't fix it. It was just super frustrating and now I'm stuck with this bag that I didn't even want.
Durable bag, warranty issue
I just bought a bag from this company that was supposed to be super tough, but I ran into a problem with their warranty. I was bummed when they didn't want to honor it even though my bag was clearly showing wear and tear. All they gave me was a little discount code. Compared to my experience with Chrome, who did honor their warranty after 14 years, this company's customer service just didn't measure up.
Messenger bag purchase
The messenger bag I bought totally fell apart after just a few months. The inside of the front flap started cracking and then literally falling to pieces. When I got in touch with Customer Service, they were no help at all. The rep, Arielle, flat out said they wouldn't honor their lifetime guarantee and wouldn't give me a refund or replacement bag. I'm super bummed about the crappy quality of the bag and the terrible customer service.
Wingman messenger bag and Scheme bag
At first, I was super excited about getting the Wingman messenger bag, but it turned out to be too big for what I needed. So, I decided to swap it out for the Scheme bag, but that one ended up being too small. Can you believe it cost me almost $10 each time to return them? It really started to add up quick. In the end, I only got back $146.00 of my $179.99 investment after all those return fees. It felt like a total waste of money trying out bags that just didn't work for me. I was so let down and frustrated by the whole thing. I've had better luck finding great used bags on eBay lately.
Backpack
The process of ordering the backpack I bought was a total nightmare. Whenever I looked at the delivery time, it just kept getting delayed. I reached out to customer service via email to find out what was going on, but instead of a helpful answer, I got a snarky reply basically saying they'd be glad to cancel my order. Seriously, what terrible customer service!
Custom-designed bag purchase
I swear, if they tell me "we'll be with you shortly" one more time, I might just lose it. I waited on hold for a whole dang hour before someone finally answered, only to hear that my custom bag order is still stuck somewhere. I worked hard for my money and I've been waiting for weeks with no update. This whole situation is just ridiculous and totally unacceptable.
New backpack
My new backpack is amazing! I'm usually pretty rough on my stuff, but this one has been going strong since 2014 and still looks brand new. It's comfortable, practical, and looks cool too. Even if it somehow breaks (highly unlikely), I'd definitely buy the same one again!
Backpack repair service
I recently sent my backpack in for repairs through your company's service. My 14-year-old son had his name and address on a dog tag attached to the backpack, thinking it would come back with the fixed zipper. To my surprise, I found out that the backpack was sold through another store, and they sent the dog tag along with it. This has caused a major privacy and safety concern, as the person who bought the bag contacted my son using the info on the dog tag. It's not right for a company to share personal info without asking, and I'm really disappointed in how your customer service team handled the situation when I reached out through your website.

The customer service was awesome - they got back to me right away and were super helpful. The backpack I got is really high quality, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. It's clear they really care about their customers and want to make sure everyone is happy. I'd definitely suggest checking them out if you need a good, long-lasting backpack.
Copilot purchase for son's wedding gift
I recently bought a copilot from this company to give to my son as a wedding gift. Unfortunately, when he opened it on his big day, he realized it was too small and wanted a bigger one. I contacted customer service to ask about returning it, but they strictly informed me about their 30-day return policy. They wouldn't budge on making any exceptions, so now I'm stuck with a product my son can't use. I was really let down by the company's lack of flexibility and understanding. Even though my son was happy with their stuff before, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Their attempts to be funny and cute in their descriptions and responses didn't make up for their poor customer service when it mattered most. I won't be buying from them again.
Waterproof bag damaged in washing machine
How am I supposed to clean this thing if I can't throw it in the washer? Customer service was no help at all, they just sent me a link saying the warranty is void if you wash it in the machine. What's the point of a lifetime warranty if there are all these exceptions? Really let down by the brand and their customer service.
Broken backpack
I just bought a backpack from this company and it came in broken, which was a real bummer. I tried to get a replacement through customer service, but they told me it would take over 6 months to send me a new one. That's just not cool at all, so I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Advanced payment for a lost package
After I made an early payment for my order, things went downhill when my package got lost. Let me tell you, the customer service folks didn't seem too bothered about fixing the issue, which left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. I mean, come on, it's not cool for a company to just brush off customer problems, especially when it's something as serious as a lost package. This whole ordeal has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't be coming back as a customer in the future.

Man, I gotta say, this backpack is awesome. The design is spot on, just what I was searching for. It’s tough and looks good too. People have been giving me props non-stop. I definitely suggest it to anyone in need of a cool and functional new backpack.
Bag order, delayed delivery, refund only
I just wanted to share my recent experience with ordering a bag online. It was a total mess, to be honest. I had been waiting for three whole weeks for it to arrive, and when I finally checked the FedEx tracking, I saw that it hadn't made it on time. Then, I got a message saying there was a delay with my delivery. A little while later, I got another message saying it had been delivered, but turns out it was sent back to the company. I reached out to customer service, and all they offered was a refund. No sorry, no offer to send another bag. Pretty disappointing, if you ask me.
$90 laptop backpack
I just bought this laptop backpack for like 90 bucks, thinking I could use it for work and when I travel. But man, was I let down when I saw it only had one stinkin' side pocket! I couldn't even squeeze my umbrella in there! And to make matters worse, the dang straps were janky and dug into my shoulders, even though I tried adjusting them. I mean, this backpack was just not cutting it for me. I definitely wanted to take it back.

I bought the backpack from here for my college trip and its really good one. The bag is sturdy and really strong. Also, space is good and they divided it very nicely. i am not a picker when it comes to bags but still, i look for comfort. The bag is really easy and comfortable to take it for long traveling experiences.
