I just got something from First Class Watches and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how quickly they delivered it and the awesome service I got. The price was really good - actually cheaper than what I saw on Amazon and other online shops. I placed my order on a Friday night and it was at my door by Sunday. Way faster than I thought it'd be. They kept me in the loop the whole time with prompt and helpful email updates. Overall, the service was top-notch and I can't find a single thing to complain about.

I found the exact Casio G-Shock I wanted at a really good price on First Class Watches. At first, I was a little unsure because of the high Trustpilot ratings, but when I saw they had a physical store, I decided to give it a shot. I just bought a watch online and then saw it for £75 less somewhere else. I contacted Rowland at FCW and he quickly agreed to match the price. The watch and refund came the next day, and I'm really pleased with the service. I've used this company before and I'll definitely be using them again.
Watches returned
Even though I had to return the watches I bought because they weren't exactly what I was looking for, I gotta give it to First Class Watches, man. Their customer service was really top-notch. The team was super friendly and quick in handling my returns, and I had no problems getting my refund right away. Even though it was a hassle sending back the items, I wouldn't rule out using this company again someday because of how great their service was.
Military themed watch purchase
I just bought my son a military-themed watch for his 21st birthday, right before he graduates from the military academy. The Garmin watch I picked out has a bunch of cool features suited for an active outdoor lifestyle, which is perfect for him as he starts his military career. After doing some research, I discovered that First Class Watches had the best prices and top-notch customer service, so that's where I decided to buy it.
