15 pack red wine purchase
I thought the 15 pack of red wine I got was a pretty good deal for the price. Most of the wines were really interesting and enjoyable. But, man, was I let down when I saw that Hallmark's Love wine was part of the package. That stuff was absolutely undrinkable - it felt like it was made by someone who had no idea what they were doing. I ended up tossing the whole bottle, which was a total waste. I think Hallmark should just stick to making greeting cards and stay out of the wine game, especially if they're putting out low-quality stuff like that. From now on, I'm only ordering again if I know for sure that there won't be any Hallmark wine in the mix.

During these tough times of quarantine, I found this awesome wine supplier and have been buying from them a lot. The wines they have are top-notch and they have a wide range to suit different tastes. Their delivery is quick and everything comes nicely packaged so nothing gets damaged. The customer service is great too, the staff knows their stuff and are always helpful. I think they should start a loyalty program for us regular customers, like a punch card for free bottles after a few orders. Highly recommend them!

Wineonsale is amazing! I placed an order and it was really good, but then FedEx made a mistake and lost part of it. But Wineonsale was awesome and sent me a replacement right away. FedEx eventually found the lost part and delivered it, even though they didn't package it perfectly. I told Wineonsale and they were really cool about it, only charging me for what I received. They are truly fantastic, and I will definitely purchase from them again!

I bought a case of wine from Wine On Sale not too long ago, but when FedEx delivered it, the package was all messed up. I tried contacting customer service for a refund, but they were no help at all and wouldn't stick to their agreement. My experience with this company has been up and down for a while now, but today's delivery was the last straw. I've been with them for three years, but after getting my latest order, I'm just so disappointed. They say their staff picks are carefully chosen, but it seems like they're just giving out the stuff no one else wants. Out of the 12 bottles I got, only two or three were actually good. It's obvious to me that their staff picks have gone downhill, and I don't think I can give them another chance.

The person I talked to was really rude, which just made things more frustrating. They even called me a liar in an email. Overall, this whole thing has made me not want to buy from them again. I suggest looking somewhere else for a company that actually cares about their customers.
