I recently bought some wine from an online shop and I gotta say, their selection was pretty impressive. They had so many different options to pick from, and the prices were really good. I actually ended up paying less than I would have at my usual store, which was a nice little surprise. And the best part? It got delivered right to my doorstep in just three days. Super convenient, for sure.
Staff picks
My experience with this company has been up and down for a while now, but today's delivery was the last straw. I've been with them for three years, but after getting my latest order, I'm just so disappointed. They say their staff picks are carefully chosen, but it seems like they're just giving out the stuff no one else wants. Out of the 12 bottles I got, only two or three were actually good. It's obvious to me that their staff picks have gone downhill, and I don't think I can give them another chance.
Groupon discovery
This wine company is amazing! I found them on Groupon and decided to try them out. My first order had a little problem with shipping, but the manager really stepped up to fix it. The second time I bought from them directly, it was even cheaper than Groupon and the wine was fantastic. The customer service was excellent, so now I'm sticking with them for all my wine needs. Trust me, give them a shot and you won't regret it!
Blends with rancid taste
I recently bought some stuff from this company and it was really disappointing. The box I got had mixes that tasted super bad. I've been buying from them for a while now, but each time the quality seems to be getting worse. When I contacted their customer service to try and fix the problem, they were not helpful at all and didn't stand by their guarantee. The person I talked to was really rude, which just made things more frustrating. They even called me a liar in an email. Overall, this whole thing has made me not want to buy from them again. I suggest looking somewhere else for a company that actually cares about their customers.
Ordering wine online
I had such a great experience with Wine On Sale! I messed up typing my email when I placed my order, but when I caught it, I contacted customer service for help. They got back to me quickly and fixed my mistake without any problem. And they even gave me a refund for part of my payment without me having to request it, because the website overcharged me for shipping. I was really impressed by how they took care of everything right away and made sure I was happy as a customer.
Wineonsale ftw
Wineonsale is amazing! I placed an order and it was really good, but then FedEx made a mistake and lost part of it. But Wineonsale was awesome and sent me a replacement right away. FedEx eventually found the lost part and delivered it, even though they didn't package it perfectly. I told Wineonsale and they were really cool about it, only charging me for what I received. They are truly fantastic, and I will definitely purchase from them again!
Excellent customer service experience
My time at Wine On Sale was amazing. The person helping me gave top-notch customer service. It was so nice to get such quick and useful help, it made shopping there easy and fun. If only more companies could be like Wine On Sale, the business world would be a lot better.

Over stock of 20 bottles
I ordered a 20 bottle case of red wine, the most expensive, it was a splurge. I received 10 white and 10 red. I immediately contacted them and they said FedEx would pick it up but I have to have it in original packaging which I do not. So when I contacted Nick and showed him the evidence of their error, he said “are you kidding me you want wine you didn’t pay”? Whaaaa?
doesnt matter never came
my order never showed only told this when i had to call to see why it wasnt showing the shipper ups never told me even though i had already paid for the order it was nevr sent but returned even though noone had any proff the order was in fact damaged the real damage came when talking to customer service they put me on hold and then went to lunch another person picks up the phone and tells me forget about getting another shipment even though they knew the order was coming back to them they never sent another one the only thing cheaper then the wine is the people they hire buyer beware if the price seams to good to be true it probably is we will not me going back please people go else where and save yourself the time and hassle
Red Wine 4 cases
I was interested in trying new wines from across the country at a great price point. I purchased in total 71 wines from 4 of their prepacked cases. I ordered a 20, 18, 18, and 15 set of cases. The order delivered via Fedex in 2 days. Everything was neatly packaged and no damage or breakage to any bottles.
The issue was upon opening each case there were multiple duplicates. In total of the 71 wines there were only 20 unique wines. I received 51 bottles that were duplicates. Some I received up to 6 bottles total amongst the 4 cases. Some cases had 3 of the same bottle in them. 1/4 bottles to be new seems like not a fair shake. I emailed customer service my concerns and they asked how many duplicates were there and I can exchange them. Once I advised it was 3/4 of my order they stood behind "our website states that there may be duplicates of our best wines". I again stated that is understandable, but 50/71 to be duplicates seems a bit excessive. They offered a refund on 13 wines total at $6.86/bottle. I had asked for a full refund and they refused to do so without me having to pay for shipping and handling. After 2 follow up attempts on how to rectify this situation they stated their final offer was to pick up the 13 bottles for the refund.
I've yet to try any of the bottles so I can't speak on their quality. However if you are like me and were hoping to have a bunch of new wines to try out I'd be weary of using this company and my technique. If anything do 1 case and I guess roll the dice that you'll hopefully not get a bunch of duplicates.Wine
Amazing service and amazing pricing. Got 20 bottles of wine in one package and I must say, these have been some of the best wines I've ever had, especially for the price I paid. I paid about $6 per bottle and got free shipping. Wine was well packed and came in just a few days after placing my order. Sure beats ordering from other guys!
20 bottles white wine
Have used this company since 2020, had great experiences until the past 2 shipments. Both have arrived damaged and not with the full amount of bottles purchased. Customer service is rude and accusatory to customer despite pictures being provided of missing bottles, damaged shipping container, and damaged wine bottles. It’s a sad turn for this company, they used to be great.
20 Bottles of Wine for $124.99
Admittedly, they do have great prices. I have purchased from them on 3 different occasions. 20 bottles of "winter wines" for $124.99 is a deal. They sent 10 bottles of white and 10 bottles of red. The reds were young and the whites were old (2016-2018) and some of the reds were 2021. After tasting some of the bottles, I had to spit it out and ended up throwing the entire bottles in the trash. It ends up not being such a great deal when they're not drinkable.
