I ordered a sweater online from this store in November. But guess what? It never showed up! My account got charged and everything. I tried to get help from customer service to get this sorted out, but still no response to my email. It's pretty frustrating dealing with a company that's supposed to be trustworthy but drops the ball on communication like this.

Down jacket
I just bought a down jacket from this one company, but man, was I let down when I found out about all the shady stuff they do to get the feathers for their jackets. Treating those geese so horribly just for some dang feathers is just not right. I can't stand behind a company that puts money before the welfare of animals. Everyone should really think about where they're putting their money and support brands that actually care about animals.

As a Christian woman, let me tell you, it's been a real challenge to find clothes that are modest and don't break the bank. But boy, oh boy, am I excited to have stumbled upon this online store that checks both those boxes. Roolee has quickly become my go-to for shopping because they always have the latest trends and sales going on. Helmet package with custom face cage and eye shield
The ordering process at Sports Unlimited was super easy and quick. I found exactly what I was looking for, customized the helmet package with the face cage and eye shield my son wanted, and placed the order with no issues at all. I was pleasantly surprised when the order shipped the same day, and even more surprised when the package arrived within the week despite ordering from Canada. The speed and accuracy of the whole process really impressed me.

Custom embroidered jersey purchase
I just got a custom embroidered jersey from this shop, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how awesome it was. I was worried about it taking too long to arrive, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it showed up. The jersey was really well made and the embroidery was perfect. They did a fantastic job bringing my design to life, even with just a screenshot to work from. Recent purchase
Shipping delays really bother me. I placed an order on March 8th and got the first shipment on March 21st, but the second one never showed up. The tracking info kept saying they missed picking it up. I tried to contact customer service, but it felt like talking to a wall - no response at all. I'm not shopping here again until they fix these problems.

Return disaster
Man, this company is the absolute worst when it comes to returns. They make it so difficult, it's ridiculous. First, you have to shoot them an email to get the green light, then they send you this code you have to slap on your return package. And get this - you gotta do it all super quick or too bad for you. Plus, you gotta foot the bill for postage, which cost me £20 just to ship some stupid flip flops back from the UK. And to top it off? They claimed they never got my return and I lost out on £100. It's like banging your head against a wall trying to get any kind of response from them. Steer clear of this place at all costs!

Dress was better than expected, but expensive return fee
The dresses I ordered were actually pretty nice, even better than I expected. But, I ended up having to return one of them because it was way too big. And get this, I had to shell out an extra 10 bucks just to send it back! That was definitely not a fun surprise. Lesson learned: always double-check your size before hitting that order button!

Red Wine 4 cases
I was interested in trying new wines from across the country at a great price point. I purchased in total 71 wines from 4 of their prepacked cases. I ordered a 20, 18, 18, and 15 set of cases. The order delivered via Fedex in 2 days. Everything was neatly packaged and no damage or breakage to any bottles.
The issue was upon opening each case there were multiple duplicates. In total of the 71 wines there were only 20 unique wines. I received 51 bottles that were duplicates. Some I received up to 6 bottles total amongst the 4 cases. Some cases had 3 of the same bottle in them. 1/4 bottles to be new seems like not a fair shake. I emailed customer service my concerns and they asked how many duplicates were there and I can exchange them. Once I advised it was 3/4 of my order they stood behind "our website states that there may be duplicates of our best wines". I again stated that is understandable, but 50/71 to be duplicates seems a bit excessive. They offered a refund on 13 wines total at $6.86/bottle. I had asked for a full refund and they refused to do so without me having to pay for shipping and handling. After 2 follow up attempts on how to rectify this situation they stated their final offer was to pick up the 13 bottles for the refund.
I've yet to try any of the bottles so I can't speak on their quality. However if you are like me and were hoping to have a bunch of new wines to try out I'd be weary of using this company and my technique. If anything do 1 case and I guess roll the dice that you'll hopefully not get a bunch of duplicates.Review about: Contacts Cart

Horrid customer service. they changed my order and charged me double and when confronted they danced around the bush. They were very rude. When I ask a completely different question, they refuse to answer it and say that they already addressed it. Horrid. Will never do business here again.

I ordered the shirt on December 25th 2020 and they took the money right away. Now its January 11th 2021 and it still says "awaiting fulfillment". I've tried reaching out to the company to find out whats going on, but no replies to my questions. Their website says a 3 or so days to ship the order. 17 days later and still awaiting fulfillment, and no reply. Awesome service guys.

I did some research in the company before hand and still went ahead and made a purchase as they had an item in “stock” that I could only get from the US. So I took a chance bought two items and completely regret it now.
Initially support was reactive, when the initial shipping time frame went and passed blaming COVID but Assured me it would ship within 48 hrs...then the in stocks items suddenly disappeared from my order on their portal without informing me and it’s several days since it was supposed to ship. Still waiting to hear from them and of course the money was taken from my account.
Will update review on outcome.

Full refund received, they appear to have very poor control on their stock and slow support response times. Waste of my and their time.
