Fishing gear purchase
I recently bought something from WaveInn, but had some problems with the delivery. It was supposed to come after May 7th because of the long weekend. But then, out of nowhere, it arrived on a Saturday when nobody was around to get it. They just chucked the stuff over the fence and left it out in the sun and rain for three days, which is not cool at all.
Fishing gear
Yeah, so I ordered this fishing gear from this place, and it was a disaster. I paid for 48-hour delivery, but they used some random shipping company instead of Royal Mail like they promised. And guess what? The package ended up in Spain! Can you believe that? I tried to reach out to them, but their replies were not helpful at all. It seems like they're trying to scam me, it's really sketchy. I would not recommend using this company, for real.
Marine equipment
I'm a big fan of boating, so I recently bought some marine gear from WaveInn. Their website had a great selection of products, and I was able to find exactly what I needed. The prices were pretty fair compared to other stores, and I was confident in the quality of what I got. But I was kind of bummed out by the delivery process. Even though they gave me a delivery date, my package showed up later than I thought it would. I also signed up for Route to pay extra for protection, but I couldn't track my package, which was annoying. Overall, I was happy with the stuff I got, but the delivery experience was kind of meh.

My experience with WaveInn has been amazing. I bought a fishing rod from them recently, but it came with some issues. The customer service I got was really great. They didn't even make me send the rod back, just refunded me right away without any trouble. It's not often you find that kind of service and trust from online stores nowadays. I just bought some hooks on the WaveInn website, and usually I don't have any issues with their transactions. But this time was different. The website is easy to use and has good prices on popular brands. But when I ordered 10 hooks, I only got 5.

Daiwa carp rod purchase
I just got a carp rod from WaveInn because I couldn't find it anywhere in the UK. Despite seeing some bad reviews, I took a chance and it turned out great. The price was better than what I found in the UK, even with the shipping cost from Spain. It came super fast, only took about a week to get to me. The packaging was really good, kept the rod safe. The only tiny issue was that the tracking said it was still in the Netherlands, even though it was already at my door.
Quick order with delayed delivery
I just bought something from this website and it wasn't the best experience. I thought the item was in stock when I ordered it, but then I got a bunch of emails saying there were actually supply issues. I had to keep logging in to get more info, which was annoying. Even with all that, the product did show up after 17 days. So if you don't mind waiting to save some money, you might want to give this place a shot.

I got this super cool backpack and some awesome swimwear from the store. I've noticed that the store brand items here are always cheaper than other stores, but still really good quality. If you're looking to save some cash without sacrificing performance, definitely check out the store brand section. I highly recommend it!

Small items, excellent customer service
The customer service at this place is amazing. Big shoutout to Jhork for being so on point. The tracking was spot on as well, so no issues there. Even though one package got held up by Royal Mail (not really the store's fault), both items ended up being too small. But hey, that's not Wave Inn's fault. Overall, I'd give them 5 stars for now. Now, let's see how the refund process goes.
Compass cover purchase
I ordered a plastic compass cover that was supposed to be black with a red pull string, but what I got was grey with no string. I was pretty disappointed because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of having to return it.
