Fishing rod purchase
My experience with WaveInn has been amazing. I bought a fishing rod from them recently, but it came with some issues. The customer service I got was really great. They didn't even make me send the rod back, just refunded me right away without any trouble. It's not often you find that kind of service and trust from online stores nowadays. They kept me updated on the delivery too, which was super helpful. And the prices were really hard to beat, which made shopping with them even better. I'm really impressed with WaveInn and will definitely keep coming back.
Helly Hansen buoyancy aids
I bought a couple of life jackets from overseas and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they arrived - just 5 days! They were packed really well and I liked that I got updates on my order through 6 emails. WaveInn did a great job with their communication and service, which made the whole shopping process easy and stress-free.
Daiwa carp rod purchase
I just got a carp rod from WaveInn because I couldn't find it anywhere in the UK. Despite seeing some bad reviews, I took a chance and it turned out great. The price was better than what I found in the UK, even with the shipping cost from Spain. It came super fast, only took about a week to get to me. The packaging was really good, kept the rod safe. The only tiny issue was that the tracking said it was still in the Netherlands, even though it was already at my door.
Quick order with delayed delivery
I just bought something from this website and it wasn't the best experience. I thought the item was in stock when I ordered it, but then I got a bunch of emails saying there were actually supply issues. I had to keep logging in to get more info, which was annoying. Even with all that, the product did show up after 17 days. So if you don't mind waiting to save some money, you might want to give this place a shot.
Backpack and swimwear
I got this super cool backpack and some awesome swimwear from the store. They describe the stuff they sell really well and they have a bunch of different brands to choose from, so it was easy to find what I wanted. My order was shipped out fast and I could track it the whole way until it got to my house. Definitely gonna shop here again!

Oh my goodness, I was so pumped to receive my order from this place! The first delivery had a small issue, but the second one arrived super quickly and everything was spot on. The service was fantastic, and it really reinforced my trust in this company. Keep it going, guys!
Fishing gear
I bought some fishing gear from them and I was so happy with the service. The sales team was super nice and helpful, they knew a ton about fishing gear and gave me awesome advice. Ordering was a breeze and my stuff came super fast. I was so excited when I got my gear and it was exactly what I was looking for. This company is amazing!
Small items, excellent customer service
The customer service at this place is amazing. Big shoutout to Jhork for being so on point. The tracking was spot on as well, so no issues there. Even though one package got held up by Royal Mail (not really the store's fault), both items ended up being too small. But hey, that's not Wave Inn's fault. Overall, I'd give them 5 stars for now. Now, let's see how the refund process goes.

I just bought some fishing gear from this online store and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how everything went. Multiple purchases, affordable prices, efficient delivery.
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this online store and I gotta say, I'm always blown away by how good the prices are. Seriously, I haven't found a better deal anywhere else. Plus, the delivery is always on point - no delays or anything. I haven't had any issues with my orders, so I've never had to return anything. But based on how smooth everything has been, I know the customer service would be top-notch if I ever needed it. I'll for sure keep shopping here and would totally recommend it to anyone.

I just bought some fishing gear from this online store and man, I was so happy with what they had. They had a huge variety and the prices were awesome. The whole process was super easy and simple, and what really got me was that they actually had everything in stock. It was a great experience all around.
2 x XL North Sails Shirts
I ordered two size XL North Sails Polo shirts.
They sent two size M. I requested a refund/return and provided photos of the products and labels.
They dismissed the claim and told me to pay for the return. They simply stated they sent me the right items when they clearly did not and I proved it.
Shipping was also much slower than quoted.
Not a trustworthy company and very poor customer service.
Buyer beware!!Fishing gear
First experience was very positive - accurate product descriptions with very fast shipping. Downhill since then. Very inaccurate descriptions of products for some items. I've tried multiple times to ask them to confirm the model number of the item listed on the site, as there are several different model numbers in the description for a single item. I've only received a standard boilerplate response that says I should contact them - which is what I've been doing! It's infuriating, as I am interested in buying the item but won't spend close to $300 only to find out after a couple weeks of shipping that it's the model I don't want. I'm already getting the runaround in receiving a refund for another purchase that I canceled due to delays, and the number of days I've been asked to wait for the refund has come and gone a couple times already.

Shockingly poor service. Delivery wait times are not as described, I even paid a higher price than another "discount" website but selected WaveInn as they had a "better" delivery date. Biggest mistake.
Took 20 days! not 3 days as advertised, goods not as described. Chart had been previously activated 2 months previously!
Contacted support (several times) canned responses each time.
Avoid at all costs. Worst service in my over 25 years buying online.

Don't by anything from this company or you will ended with problems what I have this is scammer company with no heart I was order November 20 2020 only two road resave rest of my order didn't show up on any contact told me this is problem Covid19 al parcels was stop travel because this .Today is March 18 2021 no parcel long journey talk with 9 different support representative no-one giving me information what I asked for all is lay.

Couldn't be happier was concerned about reviews but since pay pal is great at getting your money back I gave it a try reel shipped a day earlier than the date they gave sent a picture of the package when they shipped along with tracking it did arrive 6 days later than estimated date but again I couldn't be happier and would definitely buy again

Shocking service. Have waited four months - after three weeks parcel tracking told me I had received it, then told me it was still in Italy!
I contact Customer service wekly but it's useless. Tell me they are 'investigating', to 'be patient', I should have 'used another courier' (as if i had a choice - they sent it!) or they'll get back to me.
Well, they still owe me €280. I'm still waiting.

Today is February 20 three mounts was past I order from this company .No parcel and now I fighting to return my money back Wiveinn don't know Postnl don't know nothing for that parcel .Still I track parcel was not up date from December 16 2020.I was putted complain on January 11 2021 no contact no nothing still communication with support and was open case but after period of two to three week asking me for more info for that parcel I need sign declaration of delivery I don't know what is next .I don't know this company is froth or ages someone stilling parcel. I summing this is need federal or Interpol investigation because if anything is correct this is bee treat like criminal.

Hi I replies order on November 20th 2020 only two road was came and that don't match what is on the pictures picture have 8 rings what I get 7 rings top section should top white and bottom grey color .This parcel was split on three part last part I didn't resave yet today is January 12 2021.I was contact sender and asked him what problem is with my last parcel that company didn't giving me wraith information taking excuses all time COVID 19 or very busy don't have time, take this form take that newer giving me name what I make contact with what is not OK.I inform everyone don't by from this company this is scam.
