Fishing gear purchase
I just bought some fishing gear from this online store and man, I was so happy with what they had. They had a huge variety and the prices were awesome. The whole process was super easy and simple, and what really got me was that they actually had everything in stock. It was a great experience all around.
2 x XL North Sails Shirts
I ordered two size XL North Sails Polo shirts.
They sent two size M. I requested a refund/return and provided photos of the products and labels.
They dismissed the claim and told me to pay for the return. They simply stated they sent me the right items when they clearly did not and I proved it.
Shipping was also much slower than quoted.
Not a trustworthy company and very poor customer service.

First experience was very positive - accurate product descriptions with very fast shipping. Downhill since then. Very inaccurate descriptions of products for some items. I've tried multiple times to ask them to confirm the model number of the item listed on the site, as there are several different model numbers in the description for a single item. I've only received a standard boilerplate response that says I should contact them - which is what I've been doing! It's infuriating, as I am interested in buying the item but won't spend close to $300 only to find out after a couple weeks of shipping that it's the model I don't want. I'm already getting the runaround in receiving a refund for another purchase that I canceled due to delays, and the number of days I've been asked to wait for the refund has come and gone a couple times already.

Shockingly poor service. Delivery wait times are not as described, I even paid a higher price than another "discount" website but selected WaveInn as they had a "better" delivery date. Biggest mistake.
Took 20 days! not 3 days as advertised, goods not as described. Chart had been previously activated 2 months previously!
Contacted support (several times) canned responses each time.
Avoid at all costs. Worst service in my over 25 years buying online.

Couldn't be happier was concerned about reviews but since pay pal is great at getting your money back I gave it a try reel shipped a day earlier than the date they gave sent a picture of the package when they shipped along with tracking it did arrive 6 days later than estimated date but again I couldn't be happier and would definitely buy again

Shocking service. Have waited four months - after three weeks parcel tracking told me I had received it, then told me it was still in Italy!
I contact Customer service wekly but it's useless. Tell me they are 'investigating', to 'be patient', I should have 'used another courier' (as if i had a choice - they sent it!) or they'll get back to me.
Well, they still owe me €280. I'm still waiting.

Today is February 20 three mounts was past I order from this company .No parcel and now I fighting to return my money back Wiveinn don't know Postnl don't know nothing for that parcel .Still I track parcel was not up date from December 16 2020.I was putted complain on January 11 2021 no contact no nothing still communication with support and was open case but after period of two to three week asking me for more info for that parcel I need sign declaration of delivery I don't know what is next .I don't know this company is froth or ages someone stilling parcel. I summing this is need federal or Interpol investigation because if anything is correct this is bee treat like criminal.

Hi I replies order on November 20th 2020 only two road was came and that don't match what is on the pictures picture have 8 rings what I get 7 rings top section should top white and bottom grey color .This parcel was split on three part last part I didn't resave yet today is January 12 2021.I was contact sender and asked him what problem is with my last parcel that company didn't giving me wraith information taking excuses all time COVID 19 or very busy don't have time, take this form take that newer giving me name what I make contact with what is not OK.I inform everyone don't by from this company this is scam.
Daiwa Rod Case
I ordered a fishing rod case on 10/25/2020 with a delivery date in-between Oct. 30th and Nov 3rd. Still no delivery or updates on the tracking.
After multiple interactions with the sub-standard support, the issue has still not been rectified. All I get is a generic template response saying it's held up in customs. Really? for 3 weeks? It's a shame that I have to come here to voice my views since I get no legitimate meaningful response from their customer service. BEWARE of this company.Shimano vengeance fishing rod

I wish I would have seen these reviews ( and the ones in the app store) before my purchase. It's been over a month and still no package or even the whereabouts according to the USPS. Tryin to contact them for a refund also contacted PayPal for a dispute, hopefully they can help! Stay away from these scammers!!
I have been waiting for more than 2 months for my order! I cannot contact anyone and the country of destination seems to be wrong all of a sudden??????
Fishing Rod
I did some research in the company before hand and still went ahead and made a purchase as they had an item in “stock” that I could only get from the US. So I took a chance bought two items and completely regret it now.
Initially support was reactive, when the initial shipping time frame went and passed blaming COVID but Assured me it would ship within 48 hrs...then the in stocks items suddenly disappeared from my order on their portal without informing me and it’s several days since it was supposed to ship. Still waiting to hear from them and of course the money was taken from my account.
Will update review on outcome.

Full refund received, they appear to have very poor control on their stock and slow support response times. Waste of my and their time.You pay with paypal pal or credit card? You claim fot the refund or the store refund you? Thanks

So I ordered a fishing rod on June 12th. They created a shipping label on June 15th and the package was shipped out on June 17th. On June 23rd, the item arrived in Canada, but according to the tracking information, the notes stated, "Item arrived in Canada damaged." For a shipping carrier to state the item was damaged during shipping, it would mean there is significant damage.
I contacted Waveinn immediately upon seeing the notes on June 23rd to see what course of action should be taken since it's already known to be damaged per the shipping carrier so Waveinn could process a claim against the carrier and either reimburse me or send me a replacement right away.
Waveinn responded on June 23rd by providing me the tracking link to track my package, which I already had and was how I found out the item was damaged and informed them of such.
Waveinn again responded by providing me with the tracking link to my package and I again informed them I had it and then sent them screenshots after opening the link to clearly show both had listed the item as arriving in Canada damaged.
Waveinn then closed my ticket and asked for customer service feedback.
I reopened another ticket regarding the same issue.
On June 26th, after repeated near identical conversations and my screenshots to Waveinn as well as their generic tracking link response, Waveinn eventually wrote back saying:
We are sorry but here is not mentioned the parcel is damaged.
I explained for them to click more, or to use their own internal site to see that it still clearly states the item arrived in Canada damaged.
I eventually received the package on June 26th and as expected, the thin flimsy cardboard box they used was completely crushed to less than half of its original size. I have repeatedly contacted Waveinn including sending them pictures of the crushed box and damage, but they have been completely ignoring me for the past 4 days. I have tried to initiate a claim as well2 rods and a reel
this company will sit on your money for as long as they can (2 months) collecting interest and will have to wait probably another month to conclude an investigation about a refund.. what a scam!
Overalls. Blue. Waterproof.
6 weeks. Haven't seen it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR. They are located in Spain and cannot deliver their goods to the US due to COVID-19. They will not tell you this on their website and will only reluctantly admit it if, by some miracle, you are able to get in touch with their customer "service" area.
