Difficult purchase experience
This company has been a total nightmare to deal with, seriously. It's like they go out of their way to make everything as complicated as humanly possible. There's barely any info online, the order confirmation was a mess, and it's just been one headache after another. I even splurged on white glove delivery, only to discover that they only shipped out the bed frame, not the mattress. And don't even get me started on the shipping confirmation email - zero clarity and just added to the chaos. All in all, it's been beyond frustrating and definitely not an experience I'd wish on anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Recent online order
So, I recently bought some stuff online and man, let me tell you, the customer service was a total letdown. I've been a loyal customer for a while now and always loved their products. But this time, I got two items that just weren't cutting it for me, so I wanted to send them back and get my money back.
I called up customer service and they told me they'd shoot me an email with return info, but guess what? That email never showed up. I followed up with two more messages, still nothing. It's like the whole team just took a nap and forgot to wake up! Dealing with this kind of slowness and unprofessionalism is beyond frustrating. This company is a total joke! I ordered some electronic gadgets, and the driver calls me saying he's just 1 minute away, only to hang up and send me a text saying they can't deliver today. This is the second time this has happened. It's absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I really have to give props to the support team at this place, they are seriously top-notch! Monika, in particular, really went above and beyond to help me out with an issue I was having. I had ordered two products, but unfortunately, they never made it to me because of some shipping mishaps. Hello Roy. Sorry I never saw this. Had to go through and delete manually. There may be an easier way but I don't know. Amazon removed a LOOOTTT of them for not being in compliance, SOG claims they all are. I haven't looked diligently for another company. now suffering the consequences on Ebay or excessive cancelations, got downgraded from top rated. All I can say is I hope SOG winds up folding sooner than later.
