Patriot-themed sneakers
These sneakers are awesome! They not only look really cool, but they're also super comfy. The customer service was top-notch and I really appreciate the support for our country. This online store is definitely my new favorite spot for patriotic gear. I highly recommend it!
Delayed order, lack of communication
I ordered a Christmas present for my dad on December 15th, but it's January 26th now and still no sign of it. I've emailed them multiple times asking about my order, but haven't heard back since early January. They blamed the holiday rush and bad weather for the delay, but the lack of updates and communication is not cool. Their customer service and follow-through have been a major letdown.
Custom printed shoes
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I ordered some custom printed shoes and was pretty shocked when I didn't get an expected shipping date. I waited for weeks without hearing anything, so I finally contacted customer service. They told me I couldn't cancel or get a refund. That lack of communication and service is just not cool. I wanted to support a U.S. company, but I think I'll stick with places like Amazon from now on.
Hoodie order
I bought a hoodie from this company last month on 12/17/2022, but things have been a mess ever since. They aren't keeping me in the loop or telling me what's going on, and it's really frustrating. I've reached out a bunch of times, but still don't have any shipping info. Finally, when they did respond, they said my item was still being made. It's been way too long since I ordered it, and I'm starting to get annoyed at how little they seem to care about keeping customers happy.
Hat as Christmas gift
I ordered a hat for a Christmas gift back on December 14th, and now it's already January 26th and I still don't have it! I ordered a hoodie a long time ago and it still hasn't arrived, it's been like 2 months now. They promised a refund but it's been 4 months and nothing. They're not even responding to my emails, seems like they're trying to rip me off. Avoid ordering from them at all costs!!

I bought something back in December thinking it would come in time for Christmas, but it never showed up. I contacted customer service in January and they said it was because of supply chain problems and bad weather causing delays in shipping. But now it's February 16th and I still haven't gotten the shirt I ordered. I'm feeling really upset and let down by this company for not keeping me informed and failing to follow through. It's not cool to take someone's money and not deliver what you promised when you said you would.

I've tried getting in touch with the company multiple times, but no responses. I even sent an email demanding to cancel my order, but nothing back. The waiting game has been super annoying, and the fact that the company isn't communicating is a letdown. I think if a customer goes out of their way to reach out, the company should do the same in return. Because of this mess, I won't be doing business with them again.
Shoes with cool designs
So, I was pretty stoked about these sick shoes I ordered with some killer designs on them. But man, it turned out to be a major train wreck! I placed the order, the payment went through smooth, but then it was crickets for days. I had to shoot them two emails, and even after that, silence. Finally, when they did reply, it was all apologies for the delay and whatnot. I was over it by then, just wanted my refund! And to top it off, their site was gone but Facebook was still hanging around. Such a letdown, dude.

The customer service at this company is just terrible. I placed a custom Christmas order with them and they didn't even fulfill it, plus they wouldn't give me any updates or help. I emailed them multiple times and all I got back were generic responses saying my refund was being processed, but I never actually got it. And now their website is down and they're not responding to me at all. Honestly, this company is a total scam and I'd advise anyone thinking of doing business with them to stay far away.
Son's shirt for Christmas
I bought a shirt for my son as a Christmas present on December 11th, 2022, from this company. Unfortunately, like many others, I've been super disappointed. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times over the past month, but the responses I got were not helpful at all. One time, they told me to print a picture of the item and wrap it as a gift, and even offered me a discount on my next purchase, which just felt like adding insult to injury. The way I see it, this whole situation smells fishy and seems like a total scam. It's really upsetting that they're taking advantage of people who trust them. I recommend everyone to be careful and take into account all the negative reviews out there.

I spent way too much money at this place thinking I was getting top-notch stuff that looked like what they advertised. But no, it's a joke. I kept ordering the same thing and each time it was a surprise - different sizes, styles, all of it. It's like they don't even know what they have. And returning stuff? Forget about it. The process is a nightmare with all the hoops they make you jump through and the crazy fees they add on. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. Trust me.

I recently bought $100 worth of Christmas presents from this company, and man, I gotta tell you - I am super bummed about how it all went down.
